HAPPY BIRTHDAY IN LILAC

Hi and good morning to all my talented followers and visitors.
May I welcome my new follower Barbara, and thank you for
choosing to join my blog. I hope you enjoy visiting my blog.
THANK YOU yet again for all your wonderful comments.
I get soooooo happy reading them every day.

Well I did manage to visit some of your blogs while little
Ellie had her nap, it was quite a long one too she slept for
just over 2 hours.

Here is my card today I hope you like it.

Click on the photo to get a closer look at the card.

This card was made with an A5 lilac deckle edged card.
I embossed The Special Touch Doily Mask and cut away the
circle edges to leave the pointed bits. I added the pieces you
usually throw away from the Parisian Accents to the points,
and the back of the points.
Two strips of Parisian Borders down one side, and a big bow
made with American Seam Binding Ribbon coloured with
Milled Lavender Distress Ink.
I decoupaged a Hunkydory topper on top of the doily mask,
and finished it off with some flat backed pearls from my stash.
The center of the ribbon is made with a 1.5 circle punch, and
2 holes made in the middle to make it like a button.

Thank you again for sparing the time to visit me and make a
comment.
I hope each and everyone of you has a wonderful crafty day.
Lots of crafty love.  JENNY.
