SOMETHING IN PURPLE AND WHITE

Hi and welcome to my blog all you craft loving
friends and visitors.
Thank you for all your comments on my sister's
jewelery.
I will pass on your comments to her.

Well Christine's dancing did the trick we have
had more rain today, lots of it.
I just feel for the poor peeps who work, and
were looking forward to the last Bank Holiday,
till Christmas. I do hope it hasn't spoiled to
much of their weekend, especially if they were
going away.

My card today is one I was inspired to make
yesterday.
I hope you like it as I was quite pleased with
the finished  thing.

Now the inside.

This is my usual fav size of 8x8 card.
I embossed the white card with my embossing
folder I received with my E Bosser.
The flower I made a while ago with the rose
petals you get for bridal things.
I added some beads in the middle of it.
Then I folded a doily like you would for a
teabag fold then I opened it back up and
glued 2 under the flower.
I used the Spellbinders Parisian Accents,
glued together inside.

Thank you again for your time and visit.
I do hope you all continue to have a
wonderful BH weekend.
To those of you under the weather or in pain,
please accept my biggest get well wishes and
hugs, and I do hope you will soon be feeling
so much better.
Lots of crafty love. JENNY.

  1. Beautiful card Jenny, love how you have done the flower.
Glad Christine's dance worked, we don't need a rain dance that's for sure, a sunshine one would be lovely.

  2. Another beautiful card Jenny - and in purple! Your insides are always gorgeous too - well, I mean the insides of your cards of course since I don't have x-ray vision to check out your inner workings! Lol! We got overnight rain again last night. It's fine to rain at night, I'm quite happy with that. So pleased my rain dance worked for us but my dancing shoes have definitely been hung up for a while!! Have a good day. Love and hugs from Christine xx

  11. Hi Jenny. wonderful card love that flower and the doily behind is lovely. How nice to see the butterfly slider, I bought some ages ago and now you have reminded me I will have to use it sometime. We don't need rain up here a little sun again would be lovely. Today it has threatened to appear but it quickly disappears again.
