CRICKET LOVELY CRICKET

Hi and welcome to all my craft loving friends
and visitors.
Well we have had a nice drop of rain for a
change here.
So Olliesmam don't send your Olliekins here
as I stated. lol.

Thank you for all your wonderful comments
on my work.
I really do appreciate them, and your time spent
visiting me.

Here is a card I made for my Uncles Birthday.
He very much enjoys watching cricket, as my
Dad his brother used to.

Now the inside.

This is an 8x8 size card.
The papers used are Papermania  Capsule
Collection by Anna Higgins, and Forever
Friends Retro Collection.
The image was a decoupage sheet bought at
my local craft store, and I decoupaged the
cricketer.
The letter spelling uncle are Dawn Bibby
cork ones.
I used a lovely glass dew drop with a beautiful
butterfly on the side too.

Thank you again for your visit.
I do hope you are all having a wonderful day,
and can spare some time to craft.
Lots of crafty love.  JENNY.

  3. My brother is the avid cricketer in our family. He's a fast bowler and has the knee and shoulder problems to prove it. But he won't give up. Anyway,
I'm doing a bit of waffling too. I love the image on your card. And the colour really reminds me of watching cricket in the summer. Lovely green lawns. Love and hugs from Christine xx

  9. Hi Jenny, love your cricket card, and I am sure your uncle will love it. How lucky you are to still have uncles, my last one died just over 3 years ago. I love how you do matching insides as well Jenny, I think I will have to take a leaf out of your book. It is drizzly and a lot cooler here today. Take care.

  11. This is a brilliant card matey! I just think it is amazing, really cheerful and just right for an uncle!

It is definitely cooler here and on Tuesday we had the biggest downpour ever - I looked out of the window and there was a pidgy sitting on the roof having a shower!!! He was lifting his wings up one at a time and really enjoying it! Perhaps my pidgy would look better in the garden eh???

Anyway loads of big hugs to you matey Sue Pxxx
