Hi and welcome to cardsarus blog spot My name is Jenny Lawrence and I live in Kent. My dear and wonderful husband Tony passed away in March 2019 We had been married for 36 years. I also lost my first Husband to the big C when I was quite young. I have 3 children and 3 stepchildren. 12 Grandchildren and 5 Great Granddaughters and 3 Great Grandsons. I have been card making for about 25 years. I have made things all my life as my Mum and Grand Mother taught me lots of hobbies. I have made my own clothes, knitted garments, hand embroidered items of clothing, and crocheted items too. I love to bake my own cakes as well.

WEDDING CAKE BOX

Today I an highlighting a very worth cause for 
a little girl who is ill, and they trying to raise 
money for her.

I thought I would show you a box I made last
year as some of my newer followers wouldn't
have seen this.





This was made from a kit , I just decorated the

cake, and the box how I wanted it.

Morning Jenny, This little girl Millie-Rose is so gorgeous, I have just had a look at Just Giving and have donated to Jo's fundraising for Millie-Rose (she is her Auntie), I have also posted it on facebook in the hope that any of my friends can also donate money to this very worthy cause. Anything that can help this little girl will be greatly appreciated by her family.
    Your wedding cake and box are gorgeous, I remember seeing these at one of the shows I went to, they are so beautiful, and a fabulous keepsake.

  11. Fantastic project Jenny. Kit or not I have heard that they can be difficult to do and very fiddly - not quite as easy as it looks on tv.
