BROWN AND BEIGE GILDING FLAKE CARD

Hi and welcome to my blog all my very talented
friends and visitors.

Well it's the weekend again, and my this week
has gone by even faster than usual.

Thank you for all your wonderful comments,
that you continually make on my work.

I took the plunge the other day and used my
gilding flakes, which I bought back in March,
and hadn't used.
So I thought what better way to use them, than
with my Sue Wilson dies.
So here is my effort, I hope you like it, as I was
quite pleased with the result.

This is a 8"x8" size card, made from A3 white
PMD card.
I covered my card with beige PMD A4 card.
I then covered some layered card with double
sided sticky paper and used gilding flakes on it.
Then I mounted it onto my card with foam tape.
Next I cut out Sue Wilson's Classic Rose die.
Now part of this rose die just cuts out the
pattern, and you use the outer part to cut out the
complete flower.
I also cut the flower in half to edge either side
 of my sentiment.

Thank you again for your precious time.
Lots of crafty love.  JENNY.

I would like to enter this into the following
challenges.

  14. Thanks for stopping by my blog. Glad you like my teensy craft area...I amust say, now that Fall is here, m looking forward to crafting at home again and having all my supplies again!

I have never used the gilding flakes but they give a lovely sheen and look. Perfect behind those fabulous dies. I like the way you cut the dies to frame the sentiment and the opposite page diecut.

Hope your neck is better now. My daughter is up for the Labour Day long weekend and she brought her tens machine. My back has been really sore this summer, empeding my mobility and I have struggled to walk everywhere. She put it on me three times so far and I feel a little more limber already! Just has helped maybe 10 % but that is a big lep when you are in pain ( I'm sure you know what I mean)!
Anyway, I had forgot to tell you about that machne as I used it before on my neck...years ago. Physio recomended it and showed how to use it.
