RUDOLF CHALLENGE NOVEMBER 2015

Hi and welcome to all my craft loving friends, and visitors.
I would like to welcome my newest follower, and thank you for choosing to follow me.
I do hope you can visit as often your time allows.
Thank you also to everyone that continues to visit me on a regular basis you are so very kind, as I do know time is precious to all of us especially at this time of year.

Well it's time for the Rudolf Challenge over at Scrappymo's blog, and this is the last one of this year.
This challenge runs from the 25th of the month to the end of the month.
So I have 2 cards to show this time.
I wanted to dabble in some sort of mixed media.
Not sure if it was successful though, perhaps you can enlighten me as this is a bit out of my comfort zone.

These are both 8"x8" size cards.
This images are from the Crafters Companion Nordic Christmas CD.
The paper on the blue one is from the Pink Gem website.
The paper on the red one is from the Nordic CD.
I stippled some watered down Gesso on these so it looks like snow.
The red card I painted Gesso over glitter and glue to get the edge.
I do hope you like my dabble with mixed media of sorts.

Lots of crafty love.  JENNY.

I would like to enter this into the following challenges.

  22. I think you scored A+ with your mixed media efforts. The edges look wonderful, and I'm loving BOTH of these super cards. The moose on #2 just makes for smiles, and Santa & his prezzies on #2 looks ready to jump in his sleigh. The edges look like icy snow edges & you've got that mixed media mastered I think. Bet you had lots of fun too. TFS and Merry Christmas. Hugs
