GET WELL CARD

Hi and welcome to all my very talented friends, and visitors.

It's been so very hot in my part of Kent for quite a few days, while other parts of the country have had rain.
Now as you know I get very tired when it's very hot.
I think it maybe something to do with my meds I take so if I haven't visited you lately I am very sorry.

Today I have a card using a new Nbus
stamp I bought recently.
I have been wanting a jar stamp for quite a while so when I saw this I had to have it.

This card is a 7"x5" tent style I made.
The stamp is a Hunkydory one.
I stamped it with Memento London Fog Ink,
Coloured it with Pro-Markers, and then I added some acetate stamped with Stazon Black Ink.
I decoupaged the lid.
The Kraft card is snippets left over from my Butterfly Challenge card which I will show you tomorrow.
So I will be joining my friends over at the Snippets Playground again this week Yay.
As I have used a Nbus item I will be also joining Darnell on her No 7 NBUS CHALLENGE.

Thank you so much for your visit, and the wonderful comments you make.
Lots of crafty love.  JENNY.

I would like to enter this into the following challenges.

  7. Brilliant card Jenny! I love the addition of acetate - nice touch! i need to dig my jar stamp set out - although it isn't as magnificent as this one. Think of all the things you can pop inside that jar! Hearts for Valentines Day for starters!

    Hugs

  16. Jenny I hope you are ok. It hasn't been too warm up here in the North of Scotland even though we have had some good weather for us.
I LOVE this jar and the butterflies and sentiment made me smile, such a great card to lift the spirits of someone who is unwell.

    Hugs Erika. x

  23. I'm so with you on the heat, Jenny! It just drains whatever energy I have and I hate it. I also agree with you that some of the medications we have to take make the heat and humidity worse. I absolutely love the card you made. I've seen a lot of jar dies (and even have a few), but this is one of the best 3D jar executions I've seen in Blogland! It's so sweet with the butterflies and the tent style showcases it brilliantly! Thank you so much for playing in my NBUS Challenge #7! Here's to cooler weather ~ but not TOO cool, lol!! Hugs, Darnell
