MOVING ALONG WITH THE TIMES DT CARD.................THINGS THAT FLY

Hi and welcome to all my very talented friends, and visitors.

Well it's time for the
MOVING ALONG WITH THE TIMES
challenge and it's the B Teams turn this fortnight, and the lovely Jessie is your host, and she has chosen Things That Fly as our theme.
The challenge runs from the 3/8/17 to Wednesday 16/8/17 and closes at 6PM.
Now as most of my team mates were going with Bird or Butterflies I thought I would be different, and choose Kites.
Now this posed me a problem as I had nothing in my very great arsenal that had kites on so the good old Internet to the rescue.
Please take a look at my wonderful team mates creations that they have created for this challenge.

This is a 7.5"x6.5" size tent style card I made.
I inked my layering card with DOI Broken China for my coloured layer.
I went with this image off the Internet as I like the poem.
Just decoupaged the boy flying on the kite, and couple more kites.
For any Children looking do not try flying on the kite this is dangerous.
All in all a very quick card to make.

Thank you so much for your visit, and precious time.
Lots of crafty love.  JENNY.

  15. Hi Jenny, I love this card so much! It’s brilliant that you came up with something a bit different! :-)
What a fab poem - it takes me right back to my childhood - mum would take my brother and I down our local meadows and we would fly kites and balsa wood gliders!! Happy Memories!! :-D
I hope you are keeping well hun. I’m ok, just so short on time as mum isn’t so good at moment.
At least the weather has brightened up today!!
Hope you have a wonderful weekend my friend
