RUGBY BIRTHDAY CARD

Hi and welcome to all my very talented friends, and visitors.

I do hope you are having a great weekend.

Now as the Rugby starts today, and hubby is sat watching it so I thought I would show you a card I made for my Granddaughter's Hubby.
He is a sports teacher in a school, and played Rugby in Uni.
So this card I made for his Birthday which was back in October last year.

This is a 8"x8" size card.
I found the image on the Internet, and then I made the backing paper on my 3D2 CD from the image.
I decoupaged the image of the rose found some images of a Rugby Ball and Boots on another CD.
His name I die cut 3 times and glued together to make it stand out better.

Thank you so much for your visit, and precious time.
Lots of crafty love.  JENNY.

  15. You are always SO thoughtful in personalizing your family's cards just especially geared to their interests. This is just so clever and well designed. Delightful the way you've created the background paper, found all the nifty embellishments, decoupaged them to make very dimensional. It's a unique design, very attractive, and Paul will love it, and appreciate your time and skill to make just for his special day! TFS & Hugs

  18. Hi jenny. Lovely card and so fitting for your granddaughters husband . A question, do you buy your card base that size or do you make it out of smaller cardstock? Reason I ask is cause I prefer the larger cards bit struggle making them lol. Hope your back is better ?
