Hi and welcome to cardsarus blog spot My name is Jenny Lawrence and I live in Kent. My dear and wonderful husband Tony passed away in March 2019 We had been married for 36 years. I also lost my first Husband to the big C when I was quite young. I have 3 children and 3 stepchildren. 12 Grandchildren and 5 Great Granddaughters and 3 Great Grandsons. I have been card making for about 25 years. I have made things all my life as my Mum and Grand Mother taught me lots of hobbies. I have made my own clothes, knitted garments, hand embroidered items of clothing, and crocheted items too. I love to bake my own cakes as well.

MOVING ALONG WITH THE TIMES DT.........STARS AND STRIPES


Hi and welcome to all my very talented, and craft loving friends.

It's time for another challenge over at 
I am your host for this fortnight's challenge, and it's the B Teams turn, and as it starts on the 4th of July American Independence Day I thought stars and stripes would be a good theme.
The challenge runs from today till 6PM GMT on Wednesday the 17th of July.

    Hi, Jenny! SO GLAD you visited my blog this morning because somehow, I did not finish commenting on all my teamies creations this morning! Yikes! I need a brain! What a fantastic use of stripes, and the repeat pattern of silver lines as part of the frame. The topper is GORGEOUS of course, and the stars are pure magic for the ocean's spellbound entrancements - calling us to her beauty, and to remind us of our littleness - yet still, we sparkle like those stars! BEAUTIFUL creation! xx
