Hi and welcome to cardsarus blog spot My name is Jenny Lawrence and I live in Kent. My dear and wonderful husband Tony passed away in March 2019 We had been married for 36 years. I also lost my first Husband to the big C when I was quite young. I have 3 children and 3 stepchildren. 12 Grandchildren and 5 Great Granddaughters and 3 Great Grandsons. I have been card making for about 25 years. I have made things all my life as my Mum and Grand Mother taught me lots of hobbies. I have made my own clothes, knitted garments, hand embroidered items of clothing, and crocheted items too. I love to bake my own cakes as well.

PEACH ROSES CARD


Hi and welcome to all my very talented and craft loving friends.

Gosh 2 post in a row, I am taking advice from some of you and letting the house work go for once.

I do have quite a few cards I have made to show as I have not been blogging much, but made quite a few of the last 6 months or so. 



This is a 8"x8" size card.
The papers are Stamperia and so pretty.
Decoupaged the Roses by fussy cutting them out.
The lace doily is a Tattered Lace Die.
My pearly Nuvo Drops didn't come out very good.
Decided to decorate some envelopes for the inside pockets.

    I love the idea of decorating envelopes to be able to tuck little notes inside. This is just adorable. I'm not even making cards, I've been cleaning out closets and I miss my craft time and will get back to it soon.

    A beautiful card using those gorgeous Stamperia papers, their collections are all gorgeous and I think I need every one of them! :)

    Hi Jenny, This shabby chic card is beautiful !! the colours are gorgeous and I love how you have used envelopes in the inside, ideal for an office card for people to sign cards to slot into the envelopes. Beautiful !!

    Stunning creation Jenny, love the use of the peach, a colour not very often used and I am going to try to remember to use it in future. Really super background and love those flowers. As always a brilliant inside too.
