STAMPED CARD FOR ALLSORTS SKETCH CHALLENGE.

Hi and welcome to all my craft loving friends, and visitors.

Sorry I have not been around this week, but DH and I have had really nasty colds, and I am still trying to get all the dust cleaned off everything.
I can't believe how much dust there was I have even had to wash all the curtains as well, and top of cupboards the list is endless.
This all set my back off, and playing me up again.
Oh the joys of getting old.

Well I did have a little play in my craft room last night as I was feeling a little better, and made this card for the Allsorts Sketch Challenge.

This is a 8"x8" size card.
Now I made all the backing papers by first ink dusting my white card with Memento Danube Blue and Bamboo Leaves Ink.
I then used a stamp that was a freebie with the Stamping Magazine last month which was a Ultimate Crafts stamp, and a background stamp.
This I stamped with London Fog Memento Ink.
I then went over it randomly with a Penny Black Ferns Stamp and Bamboo Leaves Ink.
I also did this for the oblong panel, and then went over it with a butterfly stamp and Danube Blue Ink.
The image is from a Stamp Addicts Stamp which I won in the Allsorts Challenge, and I stamped it with London Fog Ink, and  coloured it with water colours from Memento Inks onto a Snippet of white card.
Flowers I made also from a set of cheap China dies I bought from E Bay.

Thank you so much for your visit.
Lots of crafty love.  JENNY.

I would like to enter this into the following challenges.

Ah Jenny feeling for you with all the dust .. I'm grateful our home is really good for that. I love this card, so pretty beautifully made!
..can't help wondering how you get cardstock big enough for an 8 x 8" card though? I guess they might make them over there, certainly not here.
Thanks for sharing your inspiration! Glad youre feelign better.

Hope that both you& DH are all better with the colds, & you didn't wear yourself out with dusting! Love this beautiful card. Your coloring of the village scene is so pretty! Wonderful look to the sky. Love the softness you've achieved with the color dusting over the backgrounds, then overstamping. It's such a nice design layout too. Great look with the flower dies. I like the CAS look of this one. (well, for YOU it's CAS!)Big hugs and wishes that you have a great weekend, feeling much more energized too. TFS
