CHRISTMAS CARD WITH A SCENE

Hi, and welcome to all my very talented, and craft loving friends.

Have been playing about with my freebie stamps today so I could enter the Allsorts Challenge this week.
So I thought I would make a Christmas card so my stash of Christmas cards gets larger.

Not sure about this scene, and I had great troubles with the snow stamp it wouldn't stay on the Misti or a stamping block in the end I just had to use my hand for the stamping.

This is a 7"x7" size card.
I started by masking off my moon and then inked my sky with DOI Broken China, and then added Faded Jeans DI.
I swooshed some Tumbled Glass DI across the moon.
Then I added my little house trees, and greetings.
I then cleaned the ink from the house with a wet paintbrush, and tissue, and added some white gel pen to the roof, and some grey Memento ink to the walls of the house.
I grounded my house, and my trees with the Grey Memento Ink on a brush with water.
Finally used an antistatic bag all over it and stamped my snow with Versamark embossing ink, and heat embossed it with Seafoam White embossing powder.
I did add a Spectrum Clear Glitter pen to the snow, but I'm not sure if it will show on camera.
The inside was stamped with more of the freebie stamps.

Thank you so much for your visit, and precious time.
I really appreciate every visit, and wonderful comment.
Lots of crafty love.  JENNY.

I would like to enter this into the following challenges.

A really lovely scene Jenny, very wintery looking, great images too. Super background.
Maybe it is one of those stamps where you need to put some Pritt stick or glue stick on the back of the stamp. I have a few like that and that is what I do.
Thank you for joining our 'Create a Scene' challenge at Allsorts.

I think its very pretty and a wonderful wintery scene. The little house nestled in the corner gives the card great perspective x

Your snowy scene is lovely, and it looks quite realistic too! The trio of trees down the hill from the little house is so pretty. Great job on the mask off with the moon in the winter night sky - and what a glow around the moon. When it has snowed here, and we walk out on the porch, we've seen scenes just like what you've created on this card. The shimmer of the mat around the base adds a nice effect to draw the eye inward this winter scene. Good job! TFS & Hugs

Wow Jenny, this is an amazing scene! Your sky and moon is just stunning. Love the trees and the little cottage. Well I love everything about this card! Maybe you can wash the stamp to get it to stick, or maybe you can add "tack it over and over" on the back of it. Such beautiful stamps so you need to find a way to be able to use them. Hugs, Brenda

This is such a gorgeous scene, Jenny. I love the snowy, misty feeling you obtained here.

The inside is as beautiful as the outside (as always).
