RUDOLF DAYS CHALLENGE ..JUNE 2020

Hi and welcome to all my very talented and craft loving friends.

Well it's the 25th of the month already and time for the Rudolf Days Challenge.
This month is not my DT turn so I can enter the challenge.
The challenge runs form today till the end of the month.
I first joined this challenge I think it was about 5 years ago when Sarn used to run it, or it could be longer than that.
In all that time I never won the challenge till earlier this year.
My prize from the lovely Maureen was a wonderful stamp from Woodware so I made these cards from it.

The inside.
The card that was not heat embossed.

These are 5"x7" size cards.
The first I heat embossed and the second I didn't.
I coloured the holly leaves with distress ink and added some red gems for the berries.
I then splattered red and green distress inks mixed with water all over the card fronts, inside, and envelopes.

Thank you so much for your visit and precious time.
I really appreciate every visit and wonderful comment.
Lots of crafty love.  JENNY.

I would like to enter this into the following challenges.

Both versions are so lovely. I love the sketchy design of the focal image too. And, the colorful specks look great on it.

Hi Jenny, I have only won once in all the time I have entered this challenge too, and I also like to make sure I win my prize to make some cards. You have created an interesting effect with this one and your ink splatters. And I like that you have taken it inside the card as well. Kate x

Beautiful card, Jenny!
So glad to see you using the stamp you won. I really like the fine mist of ink you used here. it gives that inky, arty look!

Hugs and thanks for taking part in the June Rudolph Days Challenge.

What a super stamp to have won and you've made good use of it. The splatters are a stroke of genius for something a bit different

Both cards look wonderful in the grunge style and I love the spatters you added to enhance the look. It's genius to decorate the envelopes to match too and everything looks so pretty! Well done for the Rudolph Challenge!

Hi Jenny

Many thanks for your lovely comment on my blog. I think the fabulous image I worked with did most of the hard work. I shall be making many more of them!

Love your cards here. A wonderful prize .. .. and used beautifully. The finished look is amazing. The splatter marks and stamping on the inside, outside and envelope look amazing. If I did that there would be at least one "huge" splat somewhere (probably even more) LOL!!

Have a good weekend.

Love Jules xx
