GREAT GRANDDAUGHTER'S SLIDE UP CARD

Hi and welcome to all my very talented and craft loving friends.

I do hope everyone is keeping safe and well in these uncertain times.

Yay I will see my Daughter for the first time in 2 weeks as she had a case of Covid where she works and didn't want to come round just in case.

Thankfully all her tests came back negative but she still didn't want to chance it.

She still had to work though as she is a Manager in a home for Adults with learning difficulties.

Hence she was being tested weekly and she has to wear all the gear needed to be safe.

Earlier this year I was tempted as you do to buy this die from Tonic as I thought it would make a great card for my Great Granddaughter Ellie.

This  is how it opens up

Then finally like this.

Sorry about the first photo I just couldn't get the colour right the colours are more like the second and third photos.

Ellie was going through a faze of loving Sloths.

So I bought this card stock from C&C in their summer sale and it was designed by Carly Duff.

The photo in the second slide up part was the only recent photo I could find, and it was from a day out when it was very windy.

Thank you so much for your visit and precious time.

I really appreciate every visit and wonderful comment.

Lots of crafty love.  JENNY

What a fabulous and fun card you made for Ellie- love the personalisation and the cute sloth, the colours you chose are so pretty too- bet she really loved it! So glad your daughter is ok and you're able to see her again- it was very wise of her to keep away while she thought that she could be a danger to you- better to be safe than sorry even when it's a difficult thing to do.
Take care Jenny!
hugs

Great card and love the sloth. I have only ever made one of these cards before (when we were able to go to real classes in the god old days) but had to cut the different components out by hand. Quite a task as we were using craft card for the base. Take care and stay safe. It is goodnews that a vaccine is now on the horizon. Hugs Mrs A.
