THE BOX TO THE STAR CARD

Good morning to all my dear and talented blog friends and visitors.
Well is Sunday morning again and Christmas is drawing ever
nearer. Yipee!
THANK you for all your wonderful comments as always I really
do appreciate them.
I am so sorry I didn't get to visit your blogs yesterday.
My daughter and I went Christmas shopping, and I came home
exhausted and had to have a little nap, after which my chef that's
my hubby had 2 migraines so I had to cook the tea, and then I had
to cook a Lemon Drizzle cake for my daughter's partner as we are
off to their house for late lunch tomorrow.
So I will try and catch up tomorrow morning.
I hope you are all keeping nice and warm in this very cold weather.

My post today is the box for yesterdays star card.

Click on the photo to get a closer look.

This box I decorated in a similar way to the card but reversing
the colours.
I forgot to mention yesterday that the pyramid design with
the Parisian Motifs was not my idea this idea was given to
all of us on the lovely Linda Burrows blog creativeharmony
she was the one who thought of this lovely idea.
Thank you again for your visit.
I hope you all have a really wonderful and crafty Sunday.
Lots of crafty love. JENNY.

Hi Marie-Louise,
I make my lemon drizzle cake the all in one method.
8 ozs of SR Flour
7 ozs of Golden caster sugar
7 ozs of Flora Marge
1 teaspoon of Baking Powder
2 Large Eggs
Rind of a lemon
1 teaspoon of lemon essence.
I mix all this together in a mixer
Bake it in an oven at 180c for an hour
While this is cooking I mix granulated sugar and lemon juice
together and leave it stand till the cake is baked.
I then make holes in the top of the cake while still hot, and
spoon the mixture over the cake.
Leave the cake till it cools down in the tin and then turn out.
I hope this helps.
Lots of crafty love. Jenny L.
