BY THE SEASIDE

Hi and welcome.
Thank you for your visit and comments that you
make on my work.

I am still continuing to feel so much better now,
but I still have to be very careful not to overdo
things because I feel so much better.
It has been a long slow process to get here, and I
don't want to go back to square one again.
I am still waiting for the appointment at the hospital to see the orthopaedist.

Today I have a card I made for my friend that
used to run the ladies club with me.

This is a 8"x8" size card.
The topper is from a Joanna Sheen toppers pad,
and the artist is Faye Wittaker.
You get 2 toppers of the same image in each pad.
The papers are from the Good Life Pad of papers.
I didn't have any dark blue card so I coloured the
edges with a blue Promarker.
I used some of my snippets card to mount the
topper on to, and to stamp the verse and sentiment.
So I will be joining the snippets playground with
this card.

Thank you again for your visit, and your
precious time.
Lots of crafty love.  JENNY.

I would like to enter this into the following
challenges.

Hello there my little matey - I am sooo glad you are feeling a bit better and that you are supervising the weeding - lol!! This is a lovely card for your friend, I bet she absolutely loved it. I have seen these images and really do like them - reminds me of the seaside when I was little although my cossy was slightly different!

Big hugs to you both love Sue Pxxx

Hi Jenny, sorry to hear you've been feeling poorly (I was MIA for a while too). I'll check out some of your earlier posts to see what's amiss, but hoping you are improving day by day! Saw this pretty card over at the Snippety place, and popped in to have a closer look. I'm loving the image and those pretty charms which were just meant for this sweet picture. Loved the nautical blues in the DP you selected with that pop of the red striped piece. Your friend will love it. Feel better soon and good luck with your appointment TFS & Hugs

Good news about the progress Jenny - I daren't celebrate too much for you as it's a precarious thing until you really feel tons better and are strong again.

LOVE this card, I immediately recognised Faye Whittaker's work, very distinctive and you used the images beautifully.

Playing catch up here, sorry I'm a bit late calling by

Hugs, Di xx
