BABY SHOWER CARD
Hi and welcome to my blog all my very talented
craft loving friends, and visitors.
Well here we are again on Sunday, and the days are marching on to Christmas.
I don't know about you but I am getting very little
time to craft and comment at the mo.
Just so much to do especially with 12 grandchildren, and 2 little great grandchildren to buy for, and also trying to get fitter, after my
slipped disk episode.
This morning I spent at my Son's house helping
my 10 year old grandson make a lemon drizzle
cake, while his parents, and his sister went to my
Son's work pantomime.
Dylan thinks he is to cool to go to pantomimes
now.
I must say he made an excellent job of the lemon
drizzle cake, and he enjoys cooking.
He is also making a Christmas Cake at school.
So on to my Baby Shower card, got a phone call
on Thursday to ask if I could make one for
Sunday as my granddaughter was going to a Baby Shower.
This is a 8"x8" size card.
I made all the items used on this card on the
Brother ScanNCut.
I downloaded the trellis design from John Bloodworth the Gentlman Crafter's blog so
thank you very much for the files John.
The inside was a mask I bought ages ago, and I
scanned it in and it cut it out beautifully, and so
much time saved there.
Thank you for your visit, time, and the wonderful comments you make.
Lots of crafty love. JENNY.

CREAM AND BROWN BIRTHDAY CARD
Hi and welcome to my blog all my very talented
friends, and visitors.
I can't believe it's Wednesday already, time seems to be speeding on to Christmas.
Well my granddaughter took me to see Paddington
at the cinema yesterday, and I really enjoyed it.
I do like a film that makes you feel happy watching it.
Today I have a Birthday card for my eldest sister,
my 2 sisters are just 4 days apart from each others
Birthdays, one is on the 4th and my eldest sister is
on the 8th.
This is a 8"x8" size card.
The flowers I used are from and old jumper,
and don't they look pretty.
I used one of my stick pins I made too, and
finished it of with some Cosmic Shimmer Gold
PVA glue dots.
Thank you for your visit, time, and the wonderful
comments you make.

SUE WILSON'S HIGH AND LOW TECHNIQUE
Hi and welcome to all my very talented friends,
and visitors.
Thank you for your visit, time, and wonderful comments you make on my work.
I very much appreciate all of them.
Wow can you believe my blog has gone back to
normal all on it's own.
I am so pleased it has, as I was too scared to
touch anything in case of doing more damage.
Don't know if it was anything to do with blogger.
Well enough of my blog probs, here is a card
I made for my Sister's Birthday using the High,
and Low technique Sue Wilson has demoed on
her blog.
This is a 8"x8" size card.
I followed Sue's advice and used double sided
tape around the edges of my card, and then put
Creative Expressions Cosmic Shimmer polished
silk glitter turquoise on it.
Then I followed Sue's technique for the high and
low of the glitters on her Austrian Die.
The daisies are Tattered lace, and the leaves are
Sue Wilson's Finishing Touches Faux Quilled
Leaves.
I used up some snippets to cut out some of the
smaller die parts, so I'm off to join in the girls in
the playground.
Thank you for your visit, and a big thank you
also to those of you that offered me help.
Lots of crafty love. JENNY.
I would like to enter this into the following
challenges.
