Today starts another challenge over at
and this time around it's the B Teams turn and the lovely Sue B is our host for this fortnight, and she would like to see your wonderful creations using Embossing/Wet or/Dry.
Please take a look at my lovely team mates super creations they made.
The challenge runs from Thursday 8/6/17 to Wednesday 21/6/17 at 6PM.
There is lovely prize of wonderful stamps by John Lockwood that Wendy has donated, and you could be one of the top 3 chosen too.

So onto my DT card.
This is a 8"x8" size card and box I made to match.
I started by painting my card with Starlight Paints in Agean, and Diamond colours.
This gave it a lovely pearlised sheen.
I embossed my background with a embossing folder that I had with my old E Bosser Die Cutting Machine.
I cut out 12 corners in the blue card for the outside and inside.
I die cut a circle frame and added some other die cuts around the inside edge.
Painted a wooden Happy Birthday and the 30 with the paints.
Lastly I added some flowers I made with some of the painted card.
Then I created my box to go with it.

Thanks for your comment on my blog. Mum and I are still up and down healthwise - we seem to take it in turns to be unwell Lol. But we’re muddling along and making the best of the good days!! When the sun shines, we go and sit in the garden which has been looking good this year. It’s more like November at the moment though!! I won’t be sitting out in the hail, sleet and wind and rain!! ROFL

This is a stunning card Jenny!! I adore the colour for a start and the shimmer that you get from the starlight paint is incredible, especially on those wonderful flowers. I love how the corners on the inside side make a circle for the sentiment too. A fabulous card xx

Oooh matey - this is just so pretty! I love those die-cuts and the painted woody bits (not seen this paint before) - and the inside is just as gorgeous as the outside!
