FOOTBALL CARD

Hi and welcome to all my very talented, and craft loving friends.

Also welcome to anyone who just pops by to look at my work.

Family have gone home now, and it's time for sorting out and washing bed linen used.
We always miss them so much after they go  and the bungalow feels empty again for a while.
They always bring their little dog with them too, and as I am very fond of dogs, and used to have them when I was much younger it's lovely.
Hubby is not too keen on dogs though.

As the footy is still on for a while I thought I would show you a card I made for my BIL for his Birthday.

This is a 8"x8" size card.
The football image is from Craftsuprint.
I decoupaged the football in the net, and the football boots.
Just went with a lime green backing card to go with the image, and stamped Happy Birthday inside.

Thank you so much for your visit, and precious time.
It's very much appreciated .
Lots of crafty love.  JENNY.

I don't think I've ever seen any scene look as real as this one does. You could just reach out and put those shoes on. I love this and your choice of colors are very masculine.

It's the only time I feel glad that Martin works nights, when the football is on. It means I don't have to watch it!! Your football card, on the other hand, is fabulous. I love the lime green colour, it really packs a punch. Glad you had a good time with your visitors and the linen will dry lovely in this weather!! Saying that, it is awfully thundery here today. We could do with a good soaking, our fields are brown and I haven't mowed the lawn for a week which is unheard of!! xx

Wow Jenny, this is a cool card!!!! I love your images and the lime green card base. It really makes the images pop! A fabulous masculine card for sure. Glad you enjoyed your company, it is always sad when they leave isn't it. The house becomes very quiet and a little depressing when guest leave. But then you enjoy the quietness once again and all is good. I love dogs too, not wet dog smell though. lol Glad you got to enjoy the little dog as well. Hugs, Brenda
