Hi and welcome to cardsarus blog spot My name is Jenny Lawrence and I live in Kent. My dear and wonderful husband Tony passed away in March 2019 We had been married for 36 years. I also lost my first Husband to the big C when I was quite young. I have 3 children and 3 stepchildren. 12 Grandchildren and 5 Great Granddaughters and 3 Great Grandsons. I have been card making for about 25 years. I have made things all my life as my Mum and Grand Mother taught me lots of hobbies. I have made my own clothes, knitted garments, hand embroidered items of clothing, and crocheted items too. I love to bake my own cakes as well.

Hi, and welcome to all my very talented, and craft loving friends.

I have just been away at my sister's in Wales for 2 days.
Couldn't stay any longer as I don't like to leave hubby too long as he is still not at the stage health wise that I can leave him for long.
Got back late last night so sorry if I haven't been to visit for a couple of days.

I made this Birthday card for my DIL in January, and haven't shown it yet, and as it has a Spring flower image on it I will be joining the Allsorts challenge with it.

This is a 8"x8" size card.
The card stock is Hunkydory and the paper inside is from Hunkydory 8"x8" paper pad.
I love the apple green freshness of this card.
I noticed after I photographed it that the top corner hadn''t stuck too well so that was sorted before I posted it off.
Sentiment computer written.

Thank you so much for your visit, and precious time.
I really appreciate every visit , and comment.
Lots of crafty love.  JENNY.

I would like to enter this into the following challenges.

A pretty card to brighten up a dull morning Jenny. Glad you enjoyed your few days with your sister and I hope Tony was fine while you were away. It is always a worry when you go away but you need to do it for yourself occasionally. Take care. Love to you both. Christine xx

HI Jenny! I am so glad I found you! I'm still trying to connect to my blog followers and new friends! First, your blog and card making style are beautiful! What a lovely burst of green on this card and just a lovely picture and ribbon. OH how fun you are in the UK my mum is from London, born and raised and misses it. We are stateside now 40+ years so we talk a lot of her home land. And now of course we are watching the royal baby for the Spring! Take care! xx
