RUDOLF DAYS CHALLENGE DT..............NOVEMBER 2021

Hi and welcome to all my very talented, and craft loving friends.

Well it's the the 25th of the month already, and time for the last

Rudolf Days Challenge of this year over at.

SCRAPPYMO'S BLOG

The challenge runs from today till the end of the month, and as usual it's anything goes as long as it's Christmas.

ONE ENTRY PER PERSON.

There is also a prize to be won from the very generous Maureen.

As this is the last challenge for this year I would like to thank Maureen for having me on her design team.

I do so love this challenge as it gets my Christmas cards made early.

So here is what I created this month.

These are both 8"x8" size cards.

I decided to make two different wreath cards.

I cut out a wreath shape with circle dies and covered both of them with ribbon.

The first I used up some lovely wooden stags I have had from the Works for years.

They are actually tree ornaments.

I just popped a gem in the hole where the string for the hanger was.

The second I used some white and grey wooden snowflakes I recently bought from the Works.

The glitter sentiment was a purchase from the Works a couple of years ago.

Then I added some foam snow balls.

Sorry the picture of the second card look a bit dark it's really quite white, but I couldn't get a decent photo of it.

Thank you so much for your visit and precious time.

I really appreciate every visit and wonderful comment you make.

Lots of crafty love.  JENNY.

Beautiful cards as always Jenny. I prefer the red one, but both are lovely. It is a good use for the wooden shapes. I have a stash of them from years ago, also from the Works I think. Perhaps I should have another look at them and think how I could use them. Kate x

Two lovely cards. I really like those stags on the first card. I've been trying to use things up too that I bought when the GCs were little and only used on their cards the once.
thanks for the lovely comment on my blog.

You always make the most beautiful cards, and these wreaths are simply stunning! I love all the deer dressed in nordic winter designs and the silver wreath sparkles like diamonds! Beautiful work on both cards, and a very happy Rudolph Day to you!

Happy Rudy Day Sue! Your Rudy cards are gorgeous! I love the stag wreath card, those stags in the sweater print are so cute. The snowflake wreath card is so pretty and shimmery. Love the ribbon you used and love that you added a snowflake in the center. That holographic paper is so beautiful with the rainbow of color that you captured, perfect for snowflakes! Gorgeous cards!! Hugs, Brenda

I love both of these beautiful wreath-themed cards. As always, the inside of your cards is gorgeous too!
I thought your wreaths looked like mini versions of real wreaths...then I read that you covered the circular shape with ribbon. It is that texture and depth that created that very real look!

Thanks for being a member of our design team! I always look forward to your cards...
Thanks again, MAureen
