GRANDDAUGHTER'S 15th BIRTHDAY CARD

Hi and welcome to all my very talented and craft loving friends.

I know I am a very bad blogger at the moment just finding it hard to get everything done these days, as my hip is very bad and I can't have the op as I suffer with Restless Leg Syndrome which means my leg jumps lots at night and if I have the op the jumping could put the new hip out.

Sorry about the March challenge over at Moving Along With the Times I have only just seen it otherwise I would have taken down my post.

This is a 8"x8" size card.

The glitter card is Tonic and the paper is from a 12"x12" pad from the Range.

Now as I can only get two full sheets of this paper to fit the card I had to join  it so I used a strip of the glitter card to cover the join.

I made the flowers and leaves with dies and also the stick pin just below the bow.

Numbers dies are Carnation Crafts.

Thank you so much for your visit and precious time.

I really appreciate every visit and wonderful comment you make.

Lots of crafty love. JENNY.

Hi Jenny, I'm so sorry that you are not able to have your hip operation because of your restless leg syndseome, I would never have known that. I hope they can give you some alternative treatments, my heart goes out to you.
Your card is really lovely and it is so nice to see the addition of your handmade pin, really lovely.
Lots of love from Patricia xx

A gorgeous card with all the pretty floral details Jenny. You're not alone in the difficulty in finding the time for blogging, I have been struggling of late too but not for the reasons you mentioned. I do hope they can do something for you as the hip pain must be dreadful.

Beautiful card Jenny. Your Granddaughter will be delighted with it. Shame you're unable to have treatment that would make life that bit easier.

So sorry you're in pain Jenny, would never have realised that RLS could prevent a hip op, how horrible for you. I hope that there is something that can be done to relieve the pain.
Your card for your granddaughter is gorgeous, so pretty and feminine in pink with the beautiful flowers and bow- just the right amount of glitter too. I'm sure she'll love it and hope she has a fabulous birthday.

Hi Jenny, I'm so sorry to hear that your hip is so painful, I hope a way around your restless legs can be found to enable you to have a replacement hip.
Your card is absolutely gorgeous, such a pretty colour and I'm sure a 15 year old will love it, take care, Kate x

A fabulous card for your granddaughter. I'm sure she will treasure it. Sorry to hear that you are unable to have an op, it must be really frustrating for you. I hope you have the medication to control the pain. xx

What a stunning card for your granddaughter. It looks like a prom corsage and I bet she will love this. RLS sometimes keeps me from sleeping but I am sorry it is keeping you from getting your hip operation. I have a little pill called Restful Legs that helps it. Maybe your Dr. can help.
