HALLOWEEN CARD

Hi and welcome to all my craft loving friends
and visitors.
I am sorry I have been missing for a while, but
I have had family come to visit, from up north,
and you know what it's like when you all get
together after a long absence.

I also had to finish a commission for 2 wedding
cards and boxes. The lady who ordered them
wanted an A4 size card for the one so I had to
get my thinking cap on to make the box to go
with it. Not made that size before. I was quite
pleased how they turned out, but can't show
them yet till the wedding day.

I had a little craft time yesterday so I made this
Halloween card.

Now the inside.

This is a 8'x8' Size card.
The Halloween Calendar is from the Pink Gem
web site. I won their challenge in September
and this is one of the images I chose.
The web doily is from a Martha Stewart Circle
Punch.
The Halloween bits I bought from Waitrose.

Thank you again for your visit.
I do hope you all have had fun creating while
I have been away.
Will be round to see what you are all posting
shortly.
Lots of crafty love.  JENNY.

I would like to enter this into the following challenges.

Good evening Jenny,
Love your card it is brilliant. The MS Doily is very effective.
I resisted buying but have to admit I like it.
Keep safe in the horrible storms that are being predicted.
Dark very early here with the change of clocks. It is raining and windy but too windy so far.
Hugs

Hi there matey! I was just thinking about you and up you popped on my list of emails!!! Thank you for your comment on my card - you are sooooooo nice! I wondered if you were OK, now I know you have been having a good time, I am relaxed - yay!

Onto your card - my nearest creation to Halloween has been a Twinchie LOL! You really have a corker here! I think this is a great image and you chose extremely well there matey! I love Halloween colours, they are so striking, as in your creation. Your embellishments are wonderful - well almost all of them - there are a great many of the eight legged beasties on there and I do nothing but shudder at this time of year - ROFL!!! Naturally the inside is as amazing as the outside although those 'things' are still there. I am chuckling though so it can't be too bad eh??

You ought to enter this one in the OSAAT challenge this week, the theme is BOO or Halloween colours! Have a go.

Lots of love and Hugs to you both Sue Pxxx

Hallo Jenny
Een prachtige Halloween kaart
jammer genoeg wordt er bij ons in het dorp niets aangedaan
Ik woon in een klein dorpje waar nog veel oudere wonen met oude traditie.
Daar past geen Halloween tussen

Jenny, this Halloween card has a real Wow factor (or do I mean Boo factor) I love the idea of using a calendar and the MS Doily feels like a spider's web in this card. The inside is as gorgeous as the front and your Halloween embellishments and gens are beautiful. This is the perfect Halloween card for anyone of a more nervous disposition - stunning but not too scarey. Good luck in our challenge this week. Ingrid (OSAAT Team)
