WEDDING CARD NO 2 AND BOX

Hi and welcome to my blog all my craft loving
friends, and visitors.
Well hasn't the weather been awfully wet this
week Just the right weather for you Mrs Duck. lol.

Thank you for all your comments and your time.
I really do appreciate everyone that is made.
Sorry I have been missing again, but I had quite
a few commissions to make, as well as things
for the craft fair, that is tomorrow, so I should be
back to normal soon. I know I can hear you
saying what's normal. lol.

Now I have the other Wedding card and Box,
I made for a commission a few weeks ago.
This was for the Grandmother to give.

Now the inside.

The box.

This is a  8"x8" size card and box.
The bridesmaids were wearing cream and brown,
so I incorporated this into the card.
The roses I bought from Hobbycraft, and were
just cream so I painted the edges with a gold
Sakura  Pental Touch Pen and the put stickles
on top.

Thank you again for your visit.
I do hope you are all having a great week
despite the horrible weather, at least it's not
snowing, well not in Kent. lol.
Lots of crafty love.  JENNY.

Hi Jenny
Stunning as usual. Don't get sending that rain up here. This Duck doesn't like to get too wet!
Good luck with your stall.

Hi Jenny, This card and box are stunning, as always, Hannah and Richard will have these fabulous keepsakes to look back on.
I hope your craft fair went well.
We have had torrential rain and massive, massive hail storms this week, then this morning it was really frosty, then the clouds came over, and we didn't get the bright sunny day we had expected.
Have a good weekend.
Lots of love from Patricia xx

What a gorgeous card and presentation box! I loved the inside of the card too...I think it would be perfect to tuck cash into.
It is quite the norm here to make sure your gift is more than the cost they incur by inviting you to the wedding. A gift from the wedding registry and cash in the envelope is standard here. The amount in the envelope depends on whether they are family or friends...and how well you know them!
I am always nervous to put that kind of cash into an envelope in case it is misplaced or lost.

This beautiful presentation box would solve that problem!

Well done Jenny...I bet she was delighted and I bet this card will be treasure by the couple!
