ENGAGEMENT CARD

Hi and welcome to my blog all my craft loving
friends, and visitors.
This will be a quick post as I can't look at the
computer screen for too long without being in
a lot of pain.

My daughter and her partner got engaged yesterday, so I made this card.
I can craft for small periods.

Now the inside.

Ingredients.
A3 card made into an 8"x8" size card.
I made the flowers from some bridal petals I
found in my stash, and coloured them with
Wild Honey Distress Ink.
I did the same to the lovely pearlecent card, and
then embossed it with the Sue Wilson embossing
folder Art Deco Fanfare.
I used some snippets from my snippets box for
some of the die cuts.

Thank you again for your visit and time.
Lots of crafty love.  JENNY.

I would like to enter this into the following
challenges.

This is gorgeous Jenny, love the romantic design. I did wonder about this folder and you have used it beautifully. Trying to be good as I already have loads of folders, lol. Sending hugs to you as I am having trouble shaking off my neck pain also, it can be so annoying. xx Flora

Take card Jenny...I have had neck pain and have an idea of what you are going through.
I find I get some relief from deep tissue massage and then at home when I am sitting in the recliner, I use a grain bag that is curved. It sort of looks like a travel neck pillow, you microwave it 3 min and the heat really relaxes your sore neck muscles.
I have a second one that looks like a small cape. It sits across your front shoulders and across your back. It relaxes your shoulder muscles as they are so closely related. I bought it at the physio clinic near my house. I will try to find a hyperlink to one so you can see a photo of what I mean.
Your card is beautiful. Your inky colours are so rich and elegant. A perfect engagement card!

This is a beautiful card Jenny and such a lovely occasion to warrant making it. Congratulations to your daughter and her partner on their engagement!!!

Stunning card Jenny! Another of your gorgeous creations and for such a very special occasion too, congratulations to your daughter and her fiance.

Oh I do feel for you and the pain. Len's convinced that the hours we spend crafting and also commenting do nothing to help our backs, necks and shoulders :( Just take it easy honey! If you do craft or use the computer then take regular breaks and don't spend too long overall.

Hugs

Di xx
