GREEN AND CREAM BIRTHDAY CARD

Hi and welcome to all my craft loving friends, and visitors.
Thank you so much for your visit, and the wonderful comments you make.

The sun is shinning in my part of Kent today, so I do hope it is doing the same where ever you may live.

I am a happy bunny today as last night I made my first pop up box, as I have been wanting to make one for ages, but was to scared to try.
I don't know about you but I have to pluck up courage to do something I have never tried before, and I know that sounds silly, but it's just the way I am.
Mind you I use a Hougie Board to do all my measuring now as I am pants at measuring with a ruler, and the Hougie makes things so much simpler.

Today I have a card I made for a nieghbours Birthday.

This is a 8"x8" size card which by now you must know is my fave size card, as I am nearly always making them.
The doily, corners, and the Happy Birthday were cut out on my ScanNcut with the Tattered Lace USB.
The flowers were made from a roll of ribbon shaped leaves which you can purchase from the Ribbonbox.

Thank you again for your visit, and time.
Lots of crafty love.  JENNY.

Oh Wow! this is gorgeous Jenny… love the delicate and intricate die cuts with the beautiful flowers… so elegant and classy!
glad you got around to making the pop up card… I am the same… takes me ages to psych myself up to make anything new or different.
We've had blue skies and sunshine here too... such a nice change to have some dry weather!
Big hugs, Sue B xx

Fabulous card I really regret sending my ScanNcut back! I must be the only one! It didn't cut very well, ruined my card stock by sticking to sheet Now I realise it could have been re calibrated, USB sticks and scan in colour Grrr! Loved your granddaughter's engagement card

Absolutely gorgeous! Just scrolling through some of your posts and I love the way you add lots of decoration to the insides of your cards too, it gives a real luxurious feel to the cards.

Hi Jenny, This card is beautiful, as are all your cards, your Neighbour will love it.
I agree with you, well done for trying your pop up card, I have never tried to do one of those either, but when I do try to do something I have never done, I always have to psyche myself up for it, silly isn't it !!
I have just tried using watercolouring using my distress pens for a stamp that I got for using on my hubby's birthday card on 14th Feb, my second attempt was much better hahahaha.
Lots of love from Patricia xx
