BUTTERFLY CHALLENGE 57 ...........Y IS FOR YEARS AND OR YELLOW

Hi and welcome to all my very talented friends, and visitors.
Sorry I have been missing for this last week, but my Son moved house, and I was trying to help as much as I can.
Also if you remember I am trying to make lots of things for the stall I am doing at my Daughter's works fund raising event, and also I have loads of family Birthdays this month.
I also have been asked by family to make cards for them.
Phew I am going to need a rest after all this, but I did find time to make this card for the Butterfly Challenge, and it also will be one for Ellie who has a Birthday later this month.

I used my ScanNcut to cutout a few of the desired shape, and also the paper I printed from a Crafters Companion CD, and glued them together to make them stronger.
I had to flip the design for the inside front.
Had to put magnets on the left hand side of the back so the card wouldn't fall to the right with circle base.

Thank you so much for your visit, and time.
Lots of crafty love.  JENNY.

Now that really is a good idea to use magnets on the back to stabilize your card. Must remember that trick. This is a super card for a 5yr old. It is my Granddaughter's 6th birthday today. The 7th card I have just shown on my blog is for next year! Nothing like getting ahead of yourself! Good idea to flip the paper image for the inside of the card. Another plus for using digi papers. Must try that out as well! Thankyou for fluttering by my challenge where your card will be entered twice. Hugs Mrs A.

Gorgeous butterfly card Jenny!love the shape and papers you have used.
If I use a circle as a card base, I take a slither from the base of the back of the card, perfect for standing..

Morning Jenny,
This card is fabulous, I love your tips and Ellie will love it. It has given me inspiration for my Great Grandson's Birthday, I will need to get my ScanNCut out of mothballs haha.
I can sympathise as I have lots of Birthdays and a Wedding to do this month too along with everything else and my youngest Granddaughter has just got the keys to her first flat, so there will be lots of things to do there hahaha. Not enough hours in the days for me.
Lots of love from Patricia xx
