CHRISTMAS CARD YET AGAIN

Hi and welcome to all my very talented friends, and visitors.

A little info about the cards I made for my Daughter's works they have nearly all been sold, and when the last one is sold they will have made nearly £100 so that was a big success, and I am so chuffed that people like them so much.

A few years ago I was struggling with my mojo as far as Christmas cards were concerned I just couldn't think of designs.
Currently I seem to be on a roll as far as designing my Christmas cards and ideas are flowing fast and furiously thank goodness.
So sorry this is yet another Christmas card made yesterday for the Allsorts Challenge.
Now apologies if this tree design is any ones, as I thought of it, and am not sure if it just came to me or I have seen it somewhere before.
The challenge is to use ribbon in a different way so here is my interpretation of the challenge.

This is a 8"x8" size card.
The holly paper is a download from the C&C club .
The ribbon with the holly is a TL one.
The holly corners are TL die.
Pierced the edges of the white card with TH ruler.
Sentiment from the Internet.

Thank you so much for your visit.
Lots of crafty love.  JENNY.

CHRISTMAS CARD IN AUGUST

Hi and welcome to all my very talented friends, and visitors.

I can't believe how time flies so quickly lately.
I have been missing again as I had a few things to do, and I had to make a rush wedding card and box for a neighbour.

Don't forget it's Rudolf Days Challenge starts tomorrow.

So I am just about going to make the Allsorts Challenge with this card.

This is a 8"x8" size card.
The image is a TL die now I don't own this die I just bought some die cuts from EBay as I wanted this die, but couldn't afford it at the time.
I coloured it in with Pro- markers, and white gel pen, and then put some glitter on it.
Made a mistake putting the pearl on the rabbits tail I think.
My colouring isn't too brill these days because of my eyes.
The paper is from the MCS Wonderful in White CD.
Sentiment from the Internet.

Thank you so much for your visit, and precious time.
I really do appreciate every visit.
Lots of crafty love.  JENNY.

Sorry I was not about yesterday, but I was dog sitting for my Son as they were away camping for one night.
Looking after my Grandchildren tomorrow as well as their parents are back to work tomorrow after their hols this is my elder Son's family.

Really proud of my Granddaughter Jess Bonfield as she got so many A/s in her A Levels, and is going to Southampton  University, and was offered a place in Oxford too, but prefers Southampton.
Considering she had a very bad throat infetction while taking these exams she did so well I think.
Here she is with my Son on the right, her Mum on the left, and my Grandson next to her.
This is my youngest Son, and his family.

More of the cards I made to sell at my Daughter's fete this one is a Baby Boy one.

BOX FOR THE 60th BIRTHDAY CARD

Hi and welcome to all my craft loving friends, and visitors.

Sorry I didn't get around to commenting on everyone yesterday, but the old RLS kicked in while I was doing it, and that aggravates my knees and hips too, so I had to stop, and walk around to try and stop it.
Not a great deal of success either especially if I'm overtired.
Still that's enough of my complaining I am sure there are more people with more troubling health probs than me.
I am going to try and catch up today though.

As stated in my earlier post I had to make a box for the 60th Birthday card so here it is.

This is the box I make for an 8"x8" size card.
Luckily I had the same Graphic 45 papers in a 12x12 pad to use for the box.
Computer generated sentiment.
I made the pattern inside the circle with a 1" circle punch chopped in half.
I rather like how this looks, and will use it again sometime stuck a button and some twine where it didn't quite fit.

Thank you so much for your visit and the wonderful comments you make, they are really appreciated.
Lots of crafty love.  JENNY.

BABY GIRL CARD

Hi and welcome to all my craft loving friends, and visitors.

I have so many cards to post after making so many cards for my Daughter's works so the last lot I didn't bother to photograph.
I may regret that decision one day when I am stuck for a idea or Mr Mojo decides to go walk about.
This is one of the cards I made for the fete, and left for them to sell in the reception.

This is a 6"x6" size card.
The papers are from the Joanna Sheen's Baby Love CD which is no longer available.
I inked the edges with Worn Lipstick DOI.
The pram is a TL die.
The baby items are a cheap China die from E Bay.
If anyone is considering buying these dies they cut perfectly, and are brilliant value for money, you just have to wait 2 or 3 weeks for delivery.
The outside of the doily is a Chinese die, and the plain matt is a stitched Gummiapan die I bought with my winnings at Allsorts Challenge, and are from Swedish House Crafts.

Thank you so much for your visit and your precious time as I know time is precious to all of us.
Lots of crafty love.  JENNY.

This is a 8"x8" size card.
The paper is Graphic 45.
The image is from the Internet.
Cut out the name, and the age with Gold Rainbow Mirri card.
Still have to make a box for this one.

HUSBAND'S 57th ANNIVERSARY CARD

Hi and welcome to all my craft loving friends, and visitors.

A neighbour popped in the other day quite late in the afternoon to ask if I had any Anniversary cards as it was her 57th Wedding Anniversary the next day, and she needed a card for her hubby.
Now I only make Anniversary cards when asked , and don't keep any stock of them which I must rectify.
So I made her this card specially in about an hour.

This is a 8"x8" size card.
The papers are Graphic 45.
The numbers are wooden which I painted with Starlight paint Agean
to try and match the papers.
This paint dries in mins so it's perfect.
The heart die is a Tonic one.

Thank you so much for your visit, and precious time.
Lots of crafty love.  JENNY.

RED,WHITE, AND BLUE SEASIDE CARD

Hi and welcome to all my very talented friends, and visitors.

This morning I managed to make my entry into the Allsorts Challenge this week.
The challenge theme is the colours of your countries flag so as mine is Red, White, and Blue this is what I made.
I was tempted to use the colours of the Welsh flag where I was born, but was not so sure if I was able to use that.
I went with a seaside image as that lends itself to the colours.
Made a boob, boob, and had to redo the image after photoing the first one as the sea horizon was lopsided didn't notice it till I had it in photo editing program good job I had another image I could use as you get 2 sheets of the same images.
Think maybe it's still slightly lopsided not good with straight lines due to my bad eyesight.

This is a 6"x6" size card.
The papers are from B&M.
The image is a Joanna Sheen's book of Faye Whittaker lovely drawings.
I wanted it to look like you were looking through a telescope.
Cut the bunting by hand.

Thank you so much for your visit, and the wonderful comments you make they really make my day.
Lots of crafty love.  JENNY.

CAMPER VAN BIRTHDAY CARD

Hi and welcome to all my very talented friends, and visitors.

Not been feeling to well lately, and my RLS has been playing me up, this keeps me up a lot at night, and sometimes when I'm sitting at the computer so sorry if I have been missing for a few days.

All went well with the fete on the weekend at my Daughter's works.
She is a manager for a charity that looks after people with learning difficulties, and they hold a fete every year to raise awareness of peoples learning problems, and to fund raise to help with costs of things their clients like to do.
This could be like last year an outside Gym or, Outings to Concerts, or Theatre, and maybe items for their communal lounge.
I always donate my takings to them, and it's wonderful to see them every year enjoying the fete.
Didn't do so well this year as it was just one day, and the weather was very showery off, and on, but I left a box of cards for staff, and visitors to perhaps buy over the next few months so they can get more funds.

So at long last my card for today, it is one I made for one of my  Daughter's  colleagues that buys a few cards throughout the year for special occasions.

This is a 8"x8" size card, and bag I decorated to match.
I was asked to include a Camper Van as she loves them, and a photo of her also.
I originally thought of putting her photo inside the camper van, but the photo of head was too big to do that, and as that was sent to me with the request that is how I had to use it.
I used lots of Snippets for the decoupaged flowers, and the corners
that I had left from another card I made, as the paper was 12x12.
The butterflies are also made from snippets by my good blog friend Wendy L.
The bag has a different paper on it as I ran out of the Snippets, but the paper was very similar.

Thank you so much for your visit, and precious time.
Lots of crafty love.  JENNY.

MOVING ALONG WITH THE TIMES DT CARD.................THINGS THAT FLY

Hi and welcome to all my very talented friends, and visitors.

Well it's time for the
MOVING ALONG WITH THE TIMES
challenge and it's the B Teams turn this fortnight, and the lovely Jessie is your host, and she has chosen Things That Fly as our theme.
The challenge runs from the 3/8/17 to Wednesday 16/8/17 and closes at 6PM.
Now as most of my team mates were going with Bird or Butterflies I thought I would be different, and choose Kites.
Now this posed me a problem as I had nothing in my very great arsenal that had kites on so the good old Internet to the rescue.
Please take a look at my wonderful team mates creations that they have created for this challenge.

This is a 7.5"x6.5" size tent style card I made.
I inked my layering card with DOI Broken China for my coloured layer.
I went with this image off the Internet as I like the poem.
Just decoupaged the boy flying on the kite, and couple more kites.
For any Children looking do not try flying on the kite this is dangerous.
All in all a very quick card to make.

Thank you so much for your visit, and precious time.
Lots of crafty love.  JENNY.

POPPIES BIRTHDAY CARD

Hi and welcome to all my very talented friends, and visitors.

I forgot my Daughter's place of work is having a summer fete on Saturday, and she asked me to have a stall.
So it's rush, and get cards made for the stall.
I have few already but I want to make new ones too.

So while creating I managed to make this card for the Allsorts Challenge which is a photo inspiration this week.

So here is my card I made.

This is a 6"x6" size card.
I started on Sunday spraying white watercolour card with my Tattered Angels misting sprays in Yellow, Red,
and Green to get the shades I was after for the challenge.
I have had these for some time, and they give a lovely mica glitz when dry, but unfortunately it doesn't show on camera.
Today I put the card together with some poppies I cut out with scissors, but before that I used a sharpie pen in red to give them more colour.
I drew the stems with another green sharpie pen, and added some small black bits to the stems to make it look like the furry bits on the stems.
Cut out my grass by hand with scissors.
Lastly I added some of the lovely Wendy's Butterflies she gave me so I can join the Butterfly Challenge as well.

Photo inspiration for the Allsort Challenge.

Thank you so much for your visit.
Mawtt Challenge tomorrow.
Lots of crafty love. JENNY.

I would like to enter this in the following challenge.
