65th BIRTHDAY CARD

Hi and good morning to all you wonderful and talented people
out there.
THANK YOU soooooooooo much for your visit and comments.
I really do appreciate everyone that is made.

My card today is a 65th Birthday Card made for a commission.
She wanted it fairly flat so she could post it.

Click on the photo to get a closer look.

I made this with an A5 size card.
The paper came from a Cupcakecrafting CD  called
Floral Delights.
The 65 was made with the Ally Reeves number templates.
I added some vintage ribbon in green and a button.
The borders are a Martha Stewart punch.

Next I would like to show you something quite different for
me.
I have always admired the lovely pins that  Linda Burrows of
Creative Harmony blog makes, so I thought I would have a
go at making them myself.
So when I was in South Wales at my sisters I mentioned it
to her she gave me 3 pins she bought at sometime when
purchasing her jewellery bits.
So here is my attempt, nothing as lovely as Linda's.

I have ordered more pins so I will make some more over the
weeks.
Ideally the the pins should have been silver in colour  as my
bits were silver but I only had gold pins and no gold bead
caps.
Thank you for your visit today.
I hope you all have a wonderful crafty day.
Lots of crafty love.  JENNY.

Good Morning Jenny, Great card I love it, bright and colourful.
I make these pins, to save a few pennies, the ones I pop on cards I do not bother with an end cap. I just pop a blob of glue on the end and use a bead, that way the end is safe and it has not cost anything. I use an end cap if I am selling them as a Stick Pin for on a coat etc;
Have a Great Day
