BABY SHOWER CARD

Hi and good morning again to all my wonderful followers and
visitors.
I hope you all had a wonderful day yesterday.
THANK YOU for all your lovely comments, especially the good
wishes about my poor car.
Well it's all fixed now yipee!
The nice young man from Autoglass was here at just gone
eight yesterday and it was all as good as new by just gone nine.

I am having such a lovely time posting my blog each day, and
also visiting all your lovely blogs. I feel really at home because
you have made me sooooo welcome in your craft community.

My card today is one I made for a Baby Shower.

Click on the photo to get a closer look at the card.
I made this card with a white 8x8 card blank.
Matted it with gold mirri, and hand print paper from
Joanna Sheen's Baby Love CD.
I cut a load of Spellbinders Labels Twenty Four in pale lemon,
and white card, and arranged them one on top of the other.
This makes them look like a Grand Label.
I did similar with the corners.
I added some yellow flowers a freebie from a magazine a long
time ago, on top I also some pearly flowers from my stash.
I hope you like my creation today.
Thank you again for visiting my blog, and leaving such
nice comments, especially as I know your time is precious to
you on the weekend.
Have a wonderful crafty Saturday.
Lots of crafty love. JENNY.

I love the lemon Jenny, very useful when you don't know the gender of the baby. It all looks so delicate, and then comes the addition of that fantastic giraffe. He looks very tactile, as if he is made from suede or something. Great. Love from Christine xx

It is just perfect for the occasion.
Once again another wonderful creation.
Have a Great Day

Morning Jenny, Beautiful card, loving the giraffe, it looks like a 'baby' too. I love your trick with the labels 24, you are right it does looks like the 'grand' labels, very clever.
Loving your 'intro wording' today, I feel exactly the same, interacting with all these brilliant crafty Bloggers, it feels like we are all 'family', it is just lovely, and the highlight of my day. Thank you all so much.
Have a lovely day.
Lots of love from Patricia xx

Hi Jenny, how refreshing to see the pale lemon for a baby, I loved seeing my babies in white or lemon they looked so clean, fresh and cuddly but now it's bright colours and trendy outfits. Oh dear, I'm showing my age lol! I agree with Christine and Patricia that giraffe does look furry. Fabulous card Jenny. Have a lovely weekend, love Christine H xx

This is a lovely card Jenny and that giraffe is sooooo cute. I think I have only made one card in lemon and I just love the colour - think you have set me off to do another one! Those corners are really pretty.

Hugs to you Sue Pxxx
