A COUPLE OF STAMPED CARDS

Hi and welcome to all my very talented, and craft loving friends.

Anyone getting stir crazy yet ?
I have always been fine with my own company so I am okay just hope everyone is keeping safe at the moment.

Today I have a couple of stamped cards I made a few weeks ago when I treated myself to Sheena's stamps after seeing her demos on C&C.
I am not good designing stamped cards for some reason I seem to have mental block about it.

These are both A5 in size.
First one is a tent fold.
I stamped the bird house in Archival black ink and coloured it with distress inks and water.
The second one I decided to keep all one colour.
I did spritz these with Crafters Companion Sparkle Clear Pens, but it doesn't show up in the photos sadly.

Thank you for your visit, and precious time.
I love your visits, and wonderful comments.
Lots of crafty love.  JENNY.

Beautiful cards Jenny and I especially like the first one. I love the contrast between the grey and the red flowers and it's a lovely stamp. Practice makes perfect with stamping and then you'll be hooked like me. I'm pleased to hear that you're coping well through this tough time and I'm sending you a virtual hug for tomorrow. Take care and stay safe xx

Well I think you have done an amazing job of designing these two cards Jenny. Two completely different designs with such a lovely stamp. I like my own company too and can always find something to do. Keep well xx

They're both gorgeous Jenny, such different looks achieved by the different techniques, I would find it difficult to pick a favourite.
I'm glad you're coping well with the enforced isolation.
Keep safe and well.

Two great interpretations using this lovely stamp. Sad that the sparkle pen work doesn't show up in pictures but it is good in real life which is the main thing.

Hi Jenny, I'm like you, I have always been happy with my own company, and when you have hobbies there is always something to keep you occupied. I have been doing stamping and also making and sewing a very intricate patchwork table runner, and Graham has been building his model railway buildings and scenery.
Your cards are both gorgeous, I adore the first one. I know what you mean about your stamped cards, when I make stamped cards I always have to have something 3-D on aswell because mine never seem 'finished' otherwise, aren't we critical about our own work.
Take care and stay safe and well.
Lots of love from Patricia xx

These are both gorgeous Jenny. I love the colours on the first one. I have the same trouble using stamps, I have lots of them and no inspiration on how to make them in to a card design.
