Hi and welcome to all my very talented friends,
and visitors.
I would like to welcome my newest follower to
my blog, and thank you so much for choosing to
follow me, I do hope you manage to visit as
often as you can manage it.
I do hope you have all enjoyed the Bank Holiday
in spite of the dreadful weather we are having.
Sorry I have been missing again, but I have been
having a wonderful weekend with my family.
We had open house at mine on Saturday, and my
DH cooked curries, and I baked for 12 grown ups
and 5 children, and this is just part of our family,
as some were on holiday, and some live too far
away to attend.
So yesterday was spent getting over all the work
involved, and all the cleaning too.
I can tell you we were both too wacked to do it
on Saturday night, but it was great, to all get
together, and enjoy each others company, it was
well worth all the work involved too.
So on to my Snippets Card for this week, so I
can join in the antics at the Playground with my
dear friends.
This is a 6"x6" size card.
Paper is Cuddly Buddly download.
My snippets are the Hunkydory image, and
sentiment, which were left over from a
freebie from a craft magazine, and the lime
green, and pink die cuts which were cut out
from a XCut Die I bid for and won on EBay,
and I can tell it was a bargain at £2.49.
I decided to edge the image with the die cuts
as I thought it looked nice.
Thank you so much for your visit.
I really do appreciate your time, and the
wonderful comments made.
Lots of crafty love. JENNY.
I would like to enter this into the following
challenges.

Hi and welcome to all my very talented friends,
and visitors.
Thank you so much for your visit, and time.
I didn't get to mind my Grand Children yesterday
as I was not well when I got up.
So they went to their clubs they usually go to
when Mum, and Dad are working.
As the day moved on I felt much better thank
goodness.
Today is the start of the Rudolf Challenge over
at Scrappymo's blog.

of the month, and it's a great way to get some of
your Christmas Cards done early.
So here is my entry.
This is a 8"x8" size card.
I used a black A3 card to make my card. and
layered it with Creative Expressions Vintage
Gold card.
My rose is one I made a few years ago out of
a old damaged book.
The holly die is a Sheena Douglass one which
I cut out in black, and gold.
The sentiment was stamped in black ink on a
Couture Die.
The recessed die is a Tonic one.
Thank you again for your visit, and your
wonderful comments.

SNIPPETS CHALLENGE CARD
Hi and welcome to all my craft loving friends,
and visitors.
May I welcome my newest followers, and thank
you so much for choosing to follow me, and I do hope to see you as often as you can manage it.
Thank you soooooo! much for patience with my
commenting.
I shall try, and get round to most of it tonight, and
tomorrow night as I have to look after my 2
Grand Children tomorrow.
No baking though as Mum says they will all be
getting fat if we keep making such delicious cakes.
Yesterday was very busy, as the fete was from
12pm to 4pm, and then afterwards my daughter
had invited us to a barbecue at her house.
So I was exhausted when we arrived home.
Now on Tuesday it's the Rudolf Challenge again
and this snippets card came from the waste of
what I made for that challenge.
So I am so pleased I can join in the antics at the
playground this week with it.
This is a A5 size card.
Cream base card.
Black, and Creative Expressions Vintage Gold
card stock.
I used the Sue Wilson Embossing Folder
Swirling Holly.
The inside sentiment is a stamped one heat
embossed with old gold embossing powder.
Thank you so much for your visit, and time.
Lots of crafty love. JENNY.

It's all just for fun, but a delightful way of showing

WEDDING CARD BOX AND BAG
Hi and welcome to all my very talented friends,
and visitors.
I am sorry I have been missing for a week, but I
had family come to stay from up north.
I was hoping to get in a post before my family
arrived so I could let you know, but time just
flew by as usual, and I just couldn't manage it.
We had a lovely week, and it was so good to see
them.
The only problem was we had rain for 3 days
of that week, and a dreadful storm the one day
with thunder and lighting, and lots of heavy rain.
I was asked by my daughter to make my usual
wedding set for a wedding she was going to.
So here it is the bridesmaids were wearing Teal
hence the Teal as I do like to incorporate it into
my creation.
This is a 8"x8" size card, box, and bag to fit.
I used aTeresa Collins embossing folder on
Centura White Pearl card.
The Teal card is from Creative Expressions.
I made the Roses, and Leaves.
I used The Enchanted Escapes Couture Dies
for the sentiments.
The wedding couple are Tattered Lace, and the
Mr and Mrs is a Tonic Die

ANNIVERSARY CARD
Hi and welcome to all my craft loving friends,
and visitors.
I hope everyone is enjoying the lovely weather
we are having, and if the weather is not so nice
where you live perhaps you should move to my
neck of the wood, as we always experience
wonderful weather.
I am still hoping for rain as we hardly ever get
any, and my water butt is empty yet again.
Well enough of my woes, and here is my card.
This is a 8"x8" size card.
I started by embossing some Tattered Lace
pearlised paper with a unnamed mask I bought
at the NEC 2 years ago.
I then sponged Peacock Feathers DI on the embossed area.
Cut out the heart with a Tonic Die, and then I used a Tattered Lace Chantilly Rose border die,
round the edge of the heart.
The flowers are made from a die with no name
I bid for and won on EBay.
I think they are Gerber Daisies.
Thank you for your visit, and time.
I very much appreciate it.
Lots of crafty love. JENNY.

BITTERFLY CHALLENGE AND SNIPPETS CARD
Hi and welcome to all my very talented friends,
and visitors.
Thank you so much for your visit, and the
wonderful comments you make.
I love to read everyone, and am so pleased that you have visited me.
Now the Butterfly Challenge No 36 is for you
to use Washi Tape on your entry.
Well can you guess in amongst all my stash I
didn't have any Washi Tape shock horror.
So as it's the last few days before the challenge
finishes, and Ashford in Kent doesn't have a
craft shop anymore I started to panic, and
thought I wouldn't be able to join the challenge
this time, but good old supermarket
Sainsbury's had some in their stationery
department.
So here is what I made.
This is a 6"x6" size card.
I used DI in Milled Lavender, Peacock Feathers,
Yellow Pan Pastel, and a Chalk Box ink in a
peach shade dabbed on white card with a sponge.
Then I sprayed it with a Crafters Companion
Spray and Sparkle Pearl Diamond.
The Washi Tape is behind the butterfly, and I
attached some to some snippets card, and cut
out the corners, and flowers.
My inside circles is a die I won on Bibiana's
Spanish blog when Memory Box were showing
their Autumn Collection.
This is a Halloween Die, but I snipped out the
Halloween parts, and added a circle to the back.
Thank you again for your visit.
I hope you are all having a wonderful weekend.
Lots of crafty love. JENNY.

CHRISTMAS IN AUGUST
Hi and welcome to all my very talented friends,
and visitors.
Thank you for all your recent comments.
I very much appreciate everyone that you make
as I know time is precious to all of us.
Today I have a Christmas card I made.
The colours are quite unusual for a Christmas
card so I hope you like it.
This is a 8"x8" size card.
The image is from the Squeeze Cards Christmas
Cottage Delights CD.
I have used Cosmic shimmer White pva glue
dots round the edge.
The snowy bits are done with Cosmic Shimmer
Iced Snow.
The Happy Christmas die cut was a freebie
from a craft magazine, and I offset it slightly in
the 2 colours.
Thank you for your visit, and I hope you all
have a wonderful weekend.

OLDIE FOR FRIDAY
Hi and welcome to all my very talented friends,
and visitors.
I do hope you have all had a great week.
Well the weather in my part of Kent has been
glorious, but we are struggling for water again
as it hasn't rained for a couple of weeks.
So on to my Oldie for Friday you can join in the
fun HERE with ERIKA.
Just revive an older creation you have posted before, and leave a comment on her blog, and
she will visit you in return.
It's all just for fun, but a delightful way to show
some of your older makes.
Today I am showing you a Baby Blanket I was
asked to make by a friend for her neighbour
who was having her first baby after many years
of marriage.
I can't tell you what pattern this was from, as I
made it up my self.
She wanted all those colours as they didn't know
whether it was a girl or boy.
This was the second one I made her as she had
the first for her granddaughter a couple of
years before.
Thank you for your visit, and time.

3rd BIRTHDAY CARD FOR ELLIE
Hi and welcome to all my very talented friends,
and visitors.
Thank you so much for your visit, and time.
Today I have the 3rd Birthday card I made for
Ellie's mum to give her.
This is a kit from the Pink Gem Website, and I have added my little touches to it, in the form of
flowers, bows, and of course a butterfly.
This is her on her Birthday with her cake.
We were all out for a meal to celebrate her
Birthday.
It is tradition the Caterpillar cake as her mother
had one every year for her Birthday, and still
does as she is now 28.
So she is carrying on the tradition with her
children.
Ellie also had a wonderful Birthday party at the
weekend with all her friends.
Thank you again for your visit.

GRANDSON'S BIRTHDAY CARD
Hi and welcome to all my very talented friends,
and visitors.
I do hope you all had a wonderful weekend.
It has been a very busy weekend for me, and the
weather has been glorious.
Today I have a Birthday card I made for my
Grandson that lives in Wales.
His Birthday was the same day as Ellie's, and his
older brother's Birthday is tomorrow.
This is a 8"x8" size card.
The image, and paper comes from a Crafters Companion CD that was free with their magazine.
This magazine had wonderful lot of freebie
items that tempted me, because we all like a
freebie don't we.
Thank you for your visit, and the wonderful
comments you make.
I very much appreciate everyone that is made.
