50th BIRTHDAY CARD AND BOX

Hi and welcome to all my very talented friends, and visitors.
Thank you so much for all your really great comments on my tissue box.
I am always so pleased you like what I create.

Today I have another 50th Birthday card and box I made for my daughter in law.
Her Birthday was on the 30th of December hence the colours and style.
She loves her boots so I thought I would go with this theme.

This is a 8"x8" size card and box I made to fit it.
I used a embossing folder, and then rubbed over gold wax to highlight the embossing.
The boots I cut out of a template I have had for many years now on to brown snake skin paper that I glued to the top of some snippets card so I can join the girls at the snippets playground with this as I have been AWOL for a few weeks.
I wonder what antics they have been up to in my absence.
Trimmings on the box were cut out on my ScanNcut.

Thank you again for your visit, and time.
I do hope you all have a wonderful day.
Lots of crafty love.   JENNY.

I would like to enter this into the following challenges.

I have been making Christmas cards

This is a 6"x6" size card.
The paper is from a paper pad bought from Hobbycraft last year.
Quite a simple design this one just
photo glued the paper to the card, and added some ribbon, sparkly trees, and a sentiment.

Thank you again for your visit, and time.
Lots of crafty love.  JENNY.

The sentiment is stamped with potted soil too.

Thank you so much for your visit,

WEDDING CARD AND BOX

Hi and welcome to all my very talented friends,
and visitors.
Thank you so much for your visit, and time.
I do hope you are all having a good weekend.

Today I have a wedding card, and box to show
which I made for a lady who contacted me
through an email.
The bridesmaids are wearing royal blue, and as
I like to incorporate that in the card I was a bit stumped, and then I remembered I had this paper
with a bit of bronze, and royal blue on.
So here is the card, and box which went to
Northern Ireland.

This is a 8"x8" size card, and box I made to fit.
The paper is from Tattered Lace.
Flowers my sister bought me sometime ago.
Glitter hearts from ebay.
Sue Wilson Embossing folder Hearts Lattice.
Pearls from Cuddly Buddly Crafts.

Thank you again for your visit.
Lots of crafty love.  JENNY.

This is a 6"x6" size card.
The image and the sentiment is a Hunkydory
one, I just added some lace round the sentiment.

OLDIE FOR FRIDAY

Hi and welcome to all my very talented friends,
and visitors.
I have been very busy baking, and making things
for a little summer fete being held on Saturday
where I live.
So excuse me if I don't get round to commenting
much for a few days.

Now as I have been so busy I can't believe it's
Friday already, and time to join ERIKA HERE.
with your Oldie for Friday.
It's all just for fun, but a delightful way of showing
your older creations.
Just post something you have posted before, and
leave a comment on ERIKA'S post, and she will
return with a comment on yours.
So here is mine, a card, and box I made for a dear friends 80th Birthday.

This is a 8"x8" size card and box to fit.
I used quite few combinations of different dies.

Thank you for your visit, and the wonderful

THANK YOU CARD

Hi and welcome to all my very talented friends,
and any visitors.
Thank you so much for all your wonderful
comments you make.
I am truly honoured that you like what I create,
as there is so much talent out there in blog land.

Well as I mentioned before I won the 1st and
7th Throwback Thursday Challenge.
For winning the 7th I received a lovely
Memory Box daisy die from Bibiana, and
Memory Box so here is what I created with it.
A thank you card for you Bibiana.

This is a 6"x6" size card.
The Memory Box Die comes with stems, and
leaves which I cut off, and mounted just the
flower part of the daisy on a double sided
sticky sheet, and then added some Cosmic
Shimmer Iced Snow for my background.
I stamped the thank you on a piece of snippets
card, and it looked bit plain so I stamped the
flower border round it, but didn't have daisy
stamp so it's a pansy stamp.

Thank you again for your visit.
Lots of crafty love.  JENNY.

C IS FOR CORNERS AT THE BUTTERFLY CHALLENGE

Hi and welcome to my part of blog land, all my
very talented followers, and visitors.
Thank you so much for you visit.

I have family arriving tomorrow for Easter so
if I'm not about much please excuse me, but I
will try and visit when I can.

Well it's time for my first ever Easter card, and I
can't believe I have never made one before.
So I thought I would combine the Butterfly
Challenge as well.

This is a 6"x6" size card.
The paper used is from the Robert Addams CD
Sugar and Spice.
The sentiment, and the bunny were free stamps
with a magazine a few years ago.
Coloured with my first attempt of Chameleon
markers, which my DH kindly bought me
recently.
I have put some sequin flowers in the corners,
as my corners.

Thank you again for your visit, and time.
Lots of crafty love.  JENNY.

CHRISTMAS CARD IN PINK

Hi and welcome to my blog all my craft loving
friends, and visitors.
Thank your for your visit, and comments.
I very much appreciate them all.

I have been having a few lower back problems
for the last 3 days.
So I am so sorry if I haven't commented as much
as I should have.
I have been trying to rest it as much as possible, but on seeing a challenge that gives $4 for each card entered into the challenge, in aid of Breast
Cancer, how could I not make a card to go into
this fab challenge.
I have just made it too as the challenge closes at
6pm.
They wanted to see pink in their Christmas Cards
so here is my version.

This is a 8"x8" size card.
I embossed my card with the Sue Wilson
embossing folder Swirling Holly.
The sentiment is a digi pre- coloured image from
Pink Gems.
The little white poinsettias were made with a
die I won at the Snippets playground.
I used a double sided sticky sheet, and some
Cosmic Shimmer Glitter Jewels Glacier Ice on
them.
Now I used up lots of snippets for making the
poinsettias, leaves, and the pine bough die.
So I will trot off to the snippets playground with this.

Thank you again for your visit, and time.
Lots of crafty love.  JENNY.

DAUGHTER'S BIRTHDAY CARD

Hi to everyone that visits me.
Thank you for your visit, and if you decide to
leave me a comment I am very grateful.

Still trying to play catch up on lots of my
household jobs I couldn't do while I had my
slipped disc.
I also have lots of Birthdays, Anniversaries, and
commissions for this month.
I really need to get my skates on or they won't
get finished in time.
Just hope Mr Mojo doesn't decide to have a
walkabout.

Today is my Daughter's Birthday, and she loves
tulips so I decided to use this theme for her
card.

This is a 8"x8" size card.
I didn't have enough peach pearlised card so
inked some ivory with Wild Honey Distress
Ink.
I printed the lovely tulip paper onto the same
ivory pearlised card from my Cupcakecrafting
CD Floral Delights, by Andrew Hull.
I used my Di-namics Dizzy Doily die and put
one on top of the other to give this pattern.
I really like how this die has a completely
different design when one is put on top of the
other and twisted.

Thank you again for visit and time.
Lots of crafty love.  JENNY.

PEACH AND BROWN

Hi and welcome to my blog all my craft loving
friends, and visitors.
Well I do hope you all had a wonderful Christmas,
and the New Year is starting to be a really great one for all of you.
Sorry I have been missing again, but I have had
family staying for a few days.

Thank you for all your wonderful support of my
blog and the really great comments you make on
my work.

I have had a date for my op it is the 23rd of Jan.
So now I must get my skates on and make some
Birthday cards for my grandchildren this month,
and I have a commission to do for Feb, so that
will have to be done before my op.
So here is a start, with my eldest granddaughters.

Now the inside.

This is a 8"x8" size card.
I didn't have any brown A3 card to make this, so
I improvised by rubbing a bronze metallic rub ons
onto the edges of the black card to make it look
brown.
I copied some of my Heartfelt Burst of Splendor
paper onto white card.
Now this wasn't the colour I wanted so I distressed
the edges with Wild Honey Distress Ink, and I also
did the same to the middle of the paper to give it
a more bronze look.
Then I used my bronze rub ons again all over the
paper and the edges.
This doesn't show up very well in the picture,
unfortunately as it looks really fab.
The flower is one I made with the Heartfelt
Sunkissed Fleur Die, and the Ivy is a Creative
Expressions Stamp coloured in with water colour
pencils, and cut out.

Thank you again for your visit, and time.
I hope you all have a wonderful crafty weekend.
Lots of crafty love.  JENNY.

May I welcome my newest follower, and thank you for choosing to follow me, and I hope you return many times more to see what I am up to.

May I say a big Thank You for all your comments on my last creation.
It really pleases me to think you like my work.

Today I have some more boxes made out of my
snippets box. I do hope you like them.

These boxes are the same size as my last one,
just 4"x4".
The one on the left I used some old peel offs
on some snippets card and cut around it and layered it.
The one on the right was decorated with die cuts
that I had cut out for another project and not used.
So you see I am recycling lots of my old bits,
and pieces. It's just amazing what you can make
with snippets, and of course I will be entering
this into the Playground Snippets challenge also.

Thank you for your visit and time.
I do hope you are all having a fab week so far.

GOLDEN WEDDING ANNIVERSARY

Good evening dear blog friends and visitors.
I do hope you have all had a fabulous weekend.
The weather has been glorious today.
I helped a friend in my singing group sell raffle
tickets at her local fete today.

THANK YOU for all your wonderful comments
on my last creation.
I love to read each and everyone, and get your
feed back on my work.

Tonight I have a Golden Wedding Anniversary
card for my sister and her husband. Who will be
celebrating this in the middle of July.
I ran out of my Centura Snow White Pearl A3
card while making this, so I will have to wait for
my replenishment stock to arrive before I can make the box to match.

Now the inside.

This an 8x8 card.
Matted with gold vellum paper I bought a long
time ago, then I embossed the Centura Pearl
with my embossing folder that came with my
E- Bosser.
I embossed and cut 3 Special Touch Mask Doilies.
I die cut my Di-Namics Dizzy Doily 6 times
and cut it in half to go round the edges of the
other doily.
I die cut another Dizzy Doily for the front, and a
lacy circle for the sentiment.
I die cut 24 Marriane Creatables Corner 12 in
white and 12 in gold, and glued the white to
the gold so only the edges show gold.
The flowers are SB Anemone Die.
The foliage is SB Foliage 2.
Pearls and hearts from my stash.
Sorry this is so long winded an explanation of
how I built up this card.

Thank you again for your visit.
I do hope you all have a super Monday, and
manage to slot some craft into your day.

PRETTY IN PINK 80th BIRTHDAY CARD

Good morning to all you talented, and craft loving
blog friends and visitors.
I know I say this most days when I post my creations, but may I say a really big THANK YOU for all your support and time you spend
visiting my blog and making such wonderful comments.

We have has some beautiful sunshine for the last
few days, but that wind is still a tad cold too.
On Tuesday I actually sat in the garden and had
my breakfast, because it was so glorious.
The plants are beginning to grow quite nicely now.

Today I have a 80th Birthday card to share with
you for my friend who used to organize my little
ladies club with me.
Later today I will make the box to go with it.
The card I used is a very deep bright pink, but it
looks almost red in the picture.

Now the inside.

This card is an 8x8 size.
I have used the Cupcake CD Floral Delights for
the paper I used to die cut the flowers and corners.
This was printed on inkjet Shimmer White Decoupage Paper which is very pearlised, but it doesn't show on the photo.
I decided to cover part of the corners with the paper too, as it was so pretty.
I cut out a SB grand circle and then I cut out the
center with the Di-namics Dizzy Doily die and
replaced it back on foam pads.
I also cut one out of the paper too and added it to the top of that.
I added some AB pearls I just purchased, and some pearls on a string from my stash.

Well that's all for today folks will be looking at what you have created later today.
Thank you again for sparing your time to visit me.
I do hope you all enjoy your Thursday.
