ANNIVERSARY CARD

Hi and welcome to all my very talented friends, and visitors.

It's very miserable in my part of Kent today all grey, and raining, and cold as well.
Won't be long till the leaves start falling of the trees.
My, summer came, and went in a flash or that's what it seems like or is it because we had a lovely June, and not such a nice July, and August.

Gosh I have managed to make a card for the Butterfly Challenge  as I think I may have missed a couple of the challenges.
This is a anniversary card I made for my youngest Son and his wife.

This is a 8"x8" size card.
The heart paper came from a paper pad I bought at B&M for the grand price of £2.49.
The white card I embossed with the Sue Wilson's Heart Lattice embossing folder.
Added some ribbon and string bling.
The doily die, and the bow, and hearts die are cheap Chinese ones.
Silhouette butterfly dies are SB.
Stamped the sentiment with Faded Jeans DI.

Thank you so much for your visit.
Lots of crafty love.  JENNY.

BUTTERFLY CHALLENGE CARD

Hi and welcome to all my very talented friends, and visitors.

I do hope everyone is keeping well, and for those who may be suffering from any sort of problems may I send big hugs to try and help.

Well I finally got around to my Butterfly Challenge entry.
This card was quite quick to make apart from waiting for my inks, and pixie powders to dry over night.

This is a 6"x6" size card.
I started by putting some Faded Jeans, and Black Soot DI on my glass mat.
I then added my Pixie Powder Firework Burst to my mat, and spritzed it with water.
Put my card onto the wet puddle and smooshed it.
Left it to dry a little, and then mopped a little of the wet with a kitchen towel I then added some stickles to look like stars in the night sky.
Finally cut out some aperture of butterflies, and then put them back into the apertures.
If that all makes sense.

Thank you so much for your visit, and time.
Lots of crafty love.  JENNY.

MINT BUTTERFLY EASEL CARD

Hi and welcome to all my very talented friends, and visitors.

May I welcome my 2 newest followers, and thank you so much for choosing to follow me.
I do hope you can visit as often as your time allows.

I do hope you had a good weekend, and the weather was lovely where ever you may live.

Today I have a card that I made for the Butterfly Challenge.
Just made this challenge with a day or so to spare again.
First of all I thought I didn't have any mint coloured card, but one night when I couldn't sleep with my RLS it came to me that I did have some Topsy Turvey card that had mint on the one side woo hoo.

This card was made with the Tattered Lace Broderie Anglaise Die I won on the Allsorts challenge recently.
I had to cut out the largest die in the set a few times to make the card a bit more sturdy.
The butterfly is a spellbinders one, and the flowers and foliage are Tattered Lace Mini Dies.

Thank you so much for your visit, and precious time.
Lots of crafty love.  JENNY.

GUEST DESIGNER FOR BUTTERFLY CHALLENGE.........#47 O FOR OVER THE EDGE

Hi and welcome to all my very talented friends, and visitors.
A few weeks ago I won the
BUTTERFLY CHALLENGE
and as part of the win, I was invited to be a Guest Designer.
The challenge runs for a fortnight, and I chose the letter O For Over The Edge.
So here is what I came up with for my Over The Edge it's another Tissue Box as I do love making these.

These are so easy to make, and to think I was afraid to make them at one time.
I measure my tissue box, and then do my scoring on my Hougie Board.
This one measures 5" high 4and a half inches to one side and 4" on the other.
So I cut 2 A4 pieces of card down to 5"  in height, and then I score half an inch for your gluing flap then 5" and then 9" and cut off what's left.
Glue together your flaps to make your box.
The lid will be 6 and half inches by 6 inches, and score at 1" around each side, and glue like the lid of a box.

Thank you so much for your visit and time.
I do hope you can join us for this current challenge.
Lots of crafty love.  JENNY.

BUTTERFLY CHALLENGE 39 K IS FOR KNOTS

Hi and welcome to all my very talented friends,
and visitors.
Thank you so much for you visit, and the wonderful comments you make.
It is very much appreciated as I know time is
precious to all of us.

I seem to be suffering with a sore throat this last
few days.
Lets hope it's not the start of anything else, as I
am very lucky, and don't get colds very often.
Just about 1 a year so I suppose maybe my 1 is
due perhaps.
Right enough of my waffling, and onto my entry
into the Butterfly challenge for this fortnight.
As they want to see knots here is what I came
up with.

This is a 6"x6" size card.
Now I had trouble with the antenna of the
butterflies as I coloured them with Promarkers,
and only after I had photographed them did I
notice how bad they had turned out.
There is no sentiment on this as I don't know yet
what occasion it will be for.

Thank you again for your visit.
Lots of crafty love.  JENNY.

BITTERFLY CHALLENGE AND SNIPPETS CARD

Hi and welcome to all my very talented friends,
and visitors.
Thank you so much for your visit, and the
wonderful comments you make.
I love to read everyone, and am so pleased that you have visited me.

Now the Butterfly Challenge No 36 is for you
to use Washi Tape on your entry.
Well can you guess in amongst all my stash I
didn't have any Washi Tape shock horror.
So as it's the last few days before the challenge
finishes, and Ashford in Kent doesn't have a
craft shop anymore I started to panic, and
thought I wouldn't be able to join the challenge
this time, but good old supermarket
Sainsbury's had some in their stationery
department.
So here is what I made.

This is a 6"x6" size card.
I used DI in Milled Lavender, Peacock Feathers,
Yellow Pan Pastel, and a Chalk Box ink in a
peach shade dabbed on white card with a sponge.
Then I sprayed it with a Crafters Companion
Spray and Sparkle Pearl Diamond.
The Washi Tape is behind the butterfly, and I
attached some to some snippets card, and cut
out the corners, and flowers.
My inside circles is a die I won on Bibiana's
Spanish blog when Memory Box were showing
their Autumn Collection.
This is a Halloween Die, but I snipped out the
Halloween parts, and added a circle to the back.

Thank you again for your visit.
I hope you are all having a wonderful weekend.
Lots of crafty love.  JENNY.
