summery theme and butterflies.

WEDDING CARD AND BOX

Hi to all my craft loving friends, and visitors.
Thank you so much for your visit, and comments.
I really do appreciate everyone that you make.

My granddaughter and my little great granddaughter's were bridesmaids on Saturday,
at my granddaughters best friends wedding.
Now the bridesmaids were wearing yellow, so I
like to incorporate that colour into my wedding
cards.
So today I am showing the card I made for the
happy occasion.

The card is a 8"x8" size and box.
I used ivory pearlised card, and coloured my
card yellow with Pan Pastel.
I used a mask I have used before and coloured
the embossed detail yellow through the mask.
Now I used some snippets out of my snippets
box for some of the die cuts so I will be off
to collect the keys to the playground with this.

Thank you again for your visit and tome.
Lots of crafty love. JENNY.

RUDOLF CHALLENGE JULY 2014

Hi and welcome to my blog all my friends and
visitors.
Sorry I haven't been visiting your blogs lately,
but I have had a mountain of family Birthdays,
Anniversaries, Wedding, and commissions to
finish, and in between my challenges I like to
support, and as you all know I take my crafting easy these days in case of my spine probs coming back.
Phew I only have my little great granddaughter's
to do know and I'm back to normal, that's if I know what is normal. lol.

Talking about challenges I suddenly realized it
time again for the Rudolf Challenge.
So here is a very quick 2 makes for this challenge.
Now the idea if anyone wants to join in is to
make 2 Christmas cards for the challenge over
at Sarns lovely blog.
That way you get a few made before the
Christmas rush.
Now these took me about an hour to make, so they were quickies.

These are A6 in size.
Printed from the CD Squeeze Cards Christmas
Furry Friends.
These squeeze flat to go in your envelope.

Thank you for continuing to support my blog,
and all the wonderful comments you make.
Lots of crafty love.  JENNY.

BUTTERFLY CHALLENGE CARD

Hi and welcome to my blog everyone that visits me.
Thank you for all your wonderful comments and
your time.

Started back with my little singing group this week, and yesterday we were singing to an over
sixties group, and boy was it hot weather, I was
melting when I got home and good for nothing.

Here is my entry into the butterfly challenge for
this fortnight.
Mrs A that runs the challenge wanted to see
spots and stripes as well as your butterfly.
So hear is my entry.

This is a 6"x6" size card.
The papers are Dovecraft Back to Basics.
I stamped some small leaves around the
sentiment with Distress Ink.
Sorry about the state of the cosmic shimmer glue
dots, mine are getting a bit old, just like me.
Nearly forgot to say I have used some snippets in
this, so I will join the playground again this week.

Thank you again for your visit.
Lots of crafty love. JENNY.

SNIPPETS MAKE BOX

Hi and welcome to my blog, everyone that visits.
Well I can't believe it's a week since I posted last.
I have been very busy making some cards for
family Birthdays, and some orders that I have to
finish, and in between I made some snippets boxes, to be shown over the coming weeks.
So here is the first one.

This is a box that is just under 4" square.
I made this from what is left over from my
big boxes that I make for 8" cards.
The lace was also snippets left over form
another project.
The leaves were made from snippets of card too,
which I used on my last card.
I coloured the card for the box with Pan Pastels.

Thank you again for your visit and your
 wonderful comments.
I do hope you are having a wonderful weekend.
Lots of crafty love.  JENNY.

ANOTHER ANNIVERSARY CARD

Hi to all my friends and visitors.
Thank you soooooo! much for visiting me and all
the wonderful comments you make.

I do hope you are all having a great weekend.
The sun is shinning in my part of Kent, and I do
hope it's doing the same where ever you live.

My card today is for my granddaughter and her
hubby, it's their 2nd Anniversary tomorrow.
Now her fav colour is powder blue, so as I didn't
have powder blue this is the nearest I could make
it with inks.

This is a 8"x8" size card.
I coloured the edges of the card with a Promarker.
I inked my embossing folder with Tumbled Glass
Distress Ink, and then used Centura White Pearl
Card.
I made my flower with the Susan's Garden
Poinsettia Sizzix Die, now I like to get more
than one style from my all my dies.
I used gold micro beads for the center of the flower.
I used lots of my snippets to make the flower,
and some of my die cuts, so I'm off to collect
the keys to the playground with this.

Thank you again for your visit, and precious
time.
Lots of crafty love.  JENNY.

ANNIVERSARY CARD

Hi and welcome to my little crafty corner.
Thank you sooooooo! much for all your wonderful comments on my last card.
I really do appreciate every one.

I have stopped feeling so sorry for myself as there
are poor people out there far worse off than me.
So I gave myself a good telling off, and that did
the trick.

My card today is for my Sister and Brother in Laws Anniversary.
I can safely show it as they don't have the internet.
Now they have just bought a static caravan, sited
at the Gower, Nr Swansea, and I thought this
image just right for them.

This is a 8"x8" size card.
The caravan image is from the Hunkydory
Decoupage Pad.
The papers were printed from an old Crafters
Companion CD.
I cut the bunting myself as I don't have a die
for this.
Heart shaped buttons from The Works.
I used quite a few snippets in this to stamp my
sentiment on, and the circle die cuts I cut out
for another project and didn't use them.
So I'm off to get the keys to the playground, and
enter their challenge.

Thank you again for your visit, and time.
Lots of crafty love.  JENNY.

BUTTERFLY CHALLENGE CARD

Hi and welcome to everyone that visits me.
Sorry I have been missing for a week, was feeling a bit down as my DH and I are no longer allowed
to drive, and as we have always had our own car,
this has been quite a blow for us.
Also had a few twinges in my top of my spine so
I thought I had better take things easy for a while.

My card today is for the butterfly challenge.
The challenge rules this fortnight are for one
layer and a butterfly.
Not really happy with what I have created, but
thought it's better than no entry.
I have used mica powders to colour this card.

This is a 6"x6" size card.

Thank you again for your visit and comments.
Lots of crafty love.  JENNY.

DAUGHTER'S BIRTHDAY CARD

Hi to everyone that visits me.
Thank you for your visit, and if you decide to
leave me a comment I am very grateful.

Still trying to play catch up on lots of my
household jobs I couldn't do while I had my
slipped disc.
I also have lots of Birthdays, Anniversaries, and
commissions for this month.
I really need to get my skates on or they won't
get finished in time.
Just hope Mr Mojo doesn't decide to have a
walkabout.

Today is my Daughter's Birthday, and she loves
tulips so I decided to use this theme for her
card.

This is a 8"x8" size card.
I didn't have enough peach pearlised card so
inked some ivory with Wild Honey Distress
Ink.
I printed the lovely tulip paper onto the same
ivory pearlised card from my Cupcakecrafting
CD Floral Delights, by Andrew Hull.
I used my Di-namics Dizzy Doily die and put
one on top of the other to give this pattern.
I really like how this die has a completely
different design when one is put on top of the
other and twisted.

Thank you again for visit and time.
Lots of crafty love.  JENNY.
