RUDOLF DAYS CHALLENGE ...APRIL...2022

Hi and welcome to all my very talented and craft loving friends.

This month it's not my turn to do my DT for the Rudolf Days Challenge over at

SCAPPYMO'S BLOG

So I can join in the challenge.

I am running quite late for this as it's the last day for entering.

The first card is made from an old Christmas card that I re-cycled and added some navy card for the matts on which I used some gold  flakes with glue.

The next 2 cards I made with a stamp I bought from Chloe's in their sale.

I heat embossed both cards and then painted distress oxide inks inthe thicker part of the writing.

Thank you so much for your visit and precious time.

I really appreciate every visit and wonderful comments you make.

Lots of crafty love. JENNY.

RETIREMENT CARD AND BOX

Hi and welcome to all my very talented, and craft loving friends.

I was aked sometime ago by my Daughter to make a retirement card for their gardener at her works that was retiring so this is what I made.

This is a 8"x8" size card and box I made to fit it.

I downloaded a photo of a man sitting on a lawnmower from the internet and printed it on photo paper.

The mirri card is Tonic and the base card is Tattered Lace card stock.

I made lots of little 5"x5" size cards to go in the pockets inside, all with images from the Hunkydory Garden Treasures.

Added some John Lockwoods small leaves to finish it all off.

Sentiment computer generated.

Thank you so much for your vist and precious time.

I really appreciate every visit and wonderful comment you make.

FAUX EMBOSSED CARD

Hi and welcome to all my very talented, and craft loving friends.

My craft friend gave me a Hunkydory magazine recently as she had been sent 2 of the same magazines now I never buy the Hunkydory ones, but on looking at it I was inspired by a card that used a die for faux embossing.

I had totally forgot you could do this so as I was in a turmoil what to put on my Daughters fiance's card this year I decidded to have a go and this is how it turned out.

This is a 8"x8" size card.

I used some dark brown card for my matts and then some Kraft card for the background and the faux embossing.

The Happy Birthday die is a Sue Wilson one.

The gold glitter card used is a snippet and I suppose the faux  embossing is as I used the card stock left over from the matts to do it.

Glitter dots made with a punch.

Thank you so much for your visit and precious time.

I really appreciate every visit and wonderful comment you make.

Lots of crafty love.  JENNY.

GRANDSON'S 18th BIRTHDAY CARD

Hi and welcome to all my very talented, and craft loving friends.

Today I have a card I made for my Grandson's 18th Birthday recently.

This is an A4 size card.

The bottle die is a John Lockwood one which comes ith the glasses and stars.

I coloured the inside of glasses with watered down distress oxide ink  to look like the champagne and the bubbles was done with stickles.

The Birthday die is a Sue Wilson one and the number die is a Tonic one.

I used double foam tape inside the centre of the bottle after shaping the bottle onthe edge of my desk.

The background is debossed but it doesn't show up on the photo.

Thank you so much for your visit and precious time.

I really appreciate every visit and wonderful comment you make.

I was asked to make this card and box for a neighbour to give his Mother last wek.

This is a 8"x8" size card and box I made to fit it.

The shaped die I used is a Chole one.

The card stock is Hunkydory.

I made all the flowers and leaves used on these except for the Ivy and the Gypsophila.

Was pleased how it turned out too.

This is a 5"x7" size card made with a Tattered Lace Die.

The oval part and the Rabbit images are Carnation Crafts.

I decoupaged the Rabbit and her baby one, but I never was pleased with how it came out somhow it just doesn't look right to me.

On the inside I put some Magnolia Flowers from Carnation Crafts Dies on the pocket that holds the verse .
