MOTORBIKE CARD

Hi and welcome to my blog all my craft loving
friends, and visitors.
Thank you for your really great comments on my
last card.
I very much appreciate your time and visit.

Well tomorrow is Friday and this week has been
eventful to say the least.
On Tuesday I had to call an ambulance for my
DH as he was in so much pain.
He spent 24 hours in hospital, there and they did some tests, but could not find the cause.
He is fine now, and hoping it won't come back.

Today I have a card made for my Sons Birthday.
Now he rides a motorbike and has done some
motorbike training with Kent Police.
He also loves his bicycle and thinks nothing of
going out on a 50 mile cycle on a Sunday morning.
He also does spinning at the gym when he's not
out of the country with his work
I am not happy with how this one turned out.
The distress inking doesn't seem right somehow.
See what you think.

Now the inside.

This is a 8"x8" size card.
I have used Jolly Nation decoupage and papers,
I bought years ago .
I distress inked the papers and card with a
mixture of Fire Brick, Peacock Feathers, and
Faded Jeans.
Nearly forgot that I used some of my snippets
for the die cuts so this means I can enter the
Pixies Playground challenge.

Thank you again for your kind visit.
I do hope these nasty floods are not affecting
any of you lovely people, because there is more
horrible weather on the way so they say.
Lots of crafty love.  JENNY.

FREEBIE HUNKYDORY CARD

Hi and welcome to my blog all my craft loving
friends, and visitors.
Well it's another really drab and very wet day,
here in Kent or my part of Kent.
I do hope you are experiencing better weather
where ever you may live.

Thank you again for all time and comments on
my work.
I do very much appreciate your lovely comments.

Today I have a card I made with some freebie
Hunkydory card and images, that was a freebie,
with a craft magazine.

Now the inside.

This is a 8"x8" size card.
As I stated this was a Hunkydory image and
paper.
I copied the paper so I had my usual one to
co- ordinate inside.
I decided to add part of some pink craft doilies,
to the upper part, and bottom of this card.
Now this was my idea, but I noticed on reading
the magazine the freebie came from, that one of
the designers in the magazine had also used a
similar idea. So I am pleased that I am thinking on the lines of craft designers.
My flowers at the top and bottom are made with
the smallest Britannia Rose Die.

Thank you again for you visit.
I do hope you are ll having a wonderful week
so far.
Lots of crafty love.  JENNY.

FOR THE BABY GIRLS BROTHER

Hi and welcome to my blog all my craft loving
friends, and visitors.
May I say a BIG WELCOME to my newest
follower, and thank you for choosing to follow
me, and may you visit my blog often.

THANK YOU for all your wonderful comments
on my last card.
I very much appreciate each and everyone that
you make.

Now my last card was a commission, but I got
the wrong end of the stick.
It was wanted so that the little brother could
open his own card when the baby arrives.
So the old thinking cap went on again, and here
is what I created.

CARD AND ENVELOPE.

Now the inside.

This is a 6"x6" size card.

I went around the edges of the card and envelope
with my Promarkers again, but this time I used
3 colours pink, blue, and green, to give it a
rainbow effect.
I distress inked the edges of the card and paper,
with Spun Sugar and Tumbled Glass Distress
Inks.
The turtle image was a freebie off the internet,
and coloured in with Promarkers to match the
colours of the card.
The paper was from Joanna Sheens Baby Love
CD.
I glued some light blue lace around the hand cut
banner sentiment.
I followed this theme inside, and added a cut up
piece of doily either side the banner.

No die cuts were harmed in this creation. lol.
Thank you again for your visit and time.
Lots of crafty love.  JENNY.

NEW BABY SISTER

Hi and welcome to my blog all my craft loving
friends, and visitors.
Thank you for your comments on my last card, and the cupcakes.
I really do appreciate everyone that you make.

Now a little update on my eye operation.
There will be no op on the 23rd, as when I went
for my preassesment  this morning, my blood
pressure was too high. So it's been put back a
few weeks for me to take medication to bring it
down.

Now today I have a card I made last night.
This has been made with some snippets from
my snippets box, so Yay I can enter the Pixies
Playground Challenge.

THIS IS THE CARD AND ENVELOPE I DECORATED.

Now the inside.

This is a 6"x6" size card.
It was a cream card blank, and I went all around
the edge of the card and envelope with a pink
Promarker.
I then distressed the card and paper with Spun
Sugar Distress Ink.
I added the bottom half of the Tattered Lace
Pram Die cut off in 2 different shades of pink,
to the sides of the topper.
I also used the Promarker round the edge of the
topper and sentiment.

Thank you again for your time and visit.
I hope you are all having a great week.
Lots of crafty love.  JENNY.

BLACK AND WHITE BIRTHDAY CARD AND CUPCAKES.

Hi and welcome to my blog all my very talented
craft friends and visitors.
Sorry I have been missing again for a while.
As I stated last time Mr Mojo is on walkabouts,
and I am really struggling to create at the mo.
So in between I have been catching up with lots
I have to get done before I have my op.

Now today I have finished a card for my daughter
in laws Birthday. I really struggled with this it
took me days rather than just hours.

Now the inside.

Now some cupcakes I made for my little
granddaughter's Birthday Party.

The card is a 8"x8" size card.
I started by using my Cosmic Shimmer Pearly
Glue to make different size pearly dots, all
around the card.
I used my Tattered Lace Chantilly Flourish Die,
to create the inner corners.
The flowers are Spellbinders Rose Creations Die,
used in a different way, and distressed with Black
Soot Distress Ink.
The leaves are from a Cheryl lynn C184 Flower
Die, and cut out on a lovely shimmer paper.
The stamp inside is a saying from a Creative
Expressions Stamp Set.
The Birthday Stamp was a freebie from a
magazine this month, and I used Seafoam White
embossing powder.

Now the cupcakes were made with a mold I
bought from C and C and sprayed with cake
shimmer spray.

Thank you again for visit and time.
I do hope you all have a really fab weekend.
Lots of crafty love.  JENNY.

CUPCAKE BIRTHDAY

Hi and welcome to my bog all my craft loving
friends and visitors.
Sorry I have been missing for a few days again.
Just when I needed to make some cards for Birthdays this month and a commission, my Mr Mojo decided to go walkabouts.
I think he may of hopped off to Aus as he was on walkabouts. lol.
Well I sat at my desk yesterday afternoon, and
this is what I came up with for my youngest
granddaughter who is 6 next weekend.

Now the inside.

This is an 8"x8" size card.
The papers are from a book I bought with lots
of papers in it. I just copied it so I had 3 to make
the inside the same.
The toppers also came in the book, and I copied
them onto card and cut them out, and glittered
them with stickles.
I used my Martha Stewart circle punch inside,
and Spellbinders Teardrop Circles Die.
The smallest Teardrop Circle is what I used for
the flowers.
The Teardrop Circle Die was given to me by
the lovely Sue P or Planet Susie a year or so ago.

Thank you again for your visit and time.
I do hope you all had a great weekend.
Lots of crafty love.  JENNY.

PEACH AND BROWN

Hi and welcome to my blog all my craft loving
friends, and visitors.
Well I do hope you all had a wonderful Christmas,
and the New Year is starting to be a really great one for all of you.
Sorry I have been missing again, but I have had
family staying for a few days.

Thank you for all your wonderful support of my
blog and the really great comments you make on
my work.

I have had a date for my op it is the 23rd of Jan.
So now I must get my skates on and make some
Birthday cards for my grandchildren this month,
and I have a commission to do for Feb, so that
will have to be done before my op.
So here is a start, with my eldest granddaughters.

Now the inside.

This is a 8"x8" size card.
I didn't have any brown A3 card to make this, so
I improvised by rubbing a bronze metallic rub ons
onto the edges of the black card to make it look
brown.
I copied some of my Heartfelt Burst of Splendor
paper onto white card.
Now this wasn't the colour I wanted so I distressed
the edges with Wild Honey Distress Ink, and I also
did the same to the middle of the paper to give it
a more bronze look.
Then I used my bronze rub ons again all over the
paper and the edges.
This doesn't show up very well in the picture,
unfortunately as it looks really fab.
The flower is one I made with the Heartfelt
Sunkissed Fleur Die, and the Ivy is a Creative
Expressions Stamp coloured in with water colour
pencils, and cut out.

Thank you again for your visit, and time.
I hope you all have a wonderful crafty weekend.
Lots of crafty love.  JENNY.
