MOVING ALONG WITH THE TIMES CHALLENGE 120........AT THE BEACH

Hi and welcome to all my very talented, and craft loving friends.

It's the first of the month and time for another challenge over at

The challenge theme this month is At The Beach.
You have to the end of the month to enter the challenge, I do hope you can.
I must admit I found this one a little hard till I remembered some stamps I had from Creative Stamping Magazine a few years ago so I created a beach scene.

This is a 7"x7" size card.
I started by water colouring my
my sky, sea, and sand with a selection of Izink Inks on water colour card.
I then used some pearlised white ink to create the waves, and also sone white gel pen too.
I then stamped my sandcastle, birds, and sentiment on my trusted Misti to the scene.
Then I paper pieced  the beach hut, bucket and spade, deck chair, and parasol to the scene which I coloured in with Promarkers.
The inside was stamped by hand with shells which are an Inkylicious
stamp.
I was quite pleased with the result.

Please pop over to the challenge blog to see the lovely creations made by my team friends.
Thank you so much for your visit and precious time.
I really appreciate every visit and wonderful comment.
Lots of crafty love.  JENNY.

Hi Jenny, great card and thank you for explaining how it came together. I too have this copy of the magazine (I don't buy these often) and it's nice to see them being used by someone else. I made the circle of ice-creams which was in the magazine, which seem to have been well received. Take care. WakeyL

A great seaside scene - can't remember when I last saw the sea for real, but definitely a long time ago.

You have created a super little scene here. I do have both a Digi and a stamp I can use but they both require a fair bit of colouring , so I will see how it goes. Hugs Mrs A.

I haven't seen the sea in about a year and half and this card really makes me want to be there. What a strange year it's been. I think we'll wait until the kids are back at school, then get off for the day....Whitby beckons x
