INK DUSTED STAMPED CARD

Hi and welcome to all my very talented friends, and visitors.
Have been having trouble with my back since taking down the Christmas Decs, and my DH has caught my cold bug I had before Christmas.
Now that's a brilliant start to a New Year, but I must not complain as there are people a lot worse off than me.
So I am sending big hugs to anyone in need of one.

Now I was really struggling with the Butterfly Challenge this time around, but suddenly thought about how to create this card this afternoon.

This is a A5 size card.
I matted it with some black card, and then I ink dusted some white card with Memento Inks to create the scene.
The little butterflies are from a stamp I won on the Butterfly Challenge last year.
Thank you so much for your visit.
I really do appreciate your time visiting me.
I have quite a few Birthdays this month so I am going to be a busy lady.
Lots of crafty love.  JENNY.

I would like to enter this into the following challenges.

Now that is one reason we don't put many decorations up any more plus the fact they all have to be stored in the loft. The tree hadn't seen light of day for several years now. . Good job it isn't a real one, Lol. Love your super card. Must admit I like the result from using a brayer but much prefer to use dusters to apply my backgrounds. Love the effect you have achieved on your background. Great colouring of the moon. Thank you for fluttering by my challenge and hope your back eases up soon. Hugs Mrs A.

Oh dear Jenny, it sounds like you're the one who needs a big hug :) x This is a beautiful Spring scene and I really like the large clusters of grasses at the front of the card. It's just the kind of card that we need at this time of the year to remind us that Spring is just around the corner. I hope that your back gets better soon and the your Hubby will soon be on the mend. Crafty hugs, Sandra x X

Gosh, I hope this back issue will just skedaddle right on off, and that Tony will shake the cold bug really fast. Not a great way to ease into the New Year. Stay warm & cozy, and take care of the back -
Love this wonderful scenic card for the Butterfly challenge. The colors are perfect, and how cool to use the Butterfly win to make your card so pretty. Mrs A will be so pleased to see that you've put it to good use. I really like this one, Miss J. Feel better soon, the both of you. Hugs & Happy New Year, even if you celebrate it when you're feeling better! LOL

Hi Jenny

What a gorgeous finished look this card has. Love how you have incorporated the colours.

I wish our sky was more that colour .. .. at the moment it is very grey :-(

I hope you had a good Christmas and wish you all the best for 2017. Sorry to read about your back. Hopefully it improves nice and fast!
