RUDOLF DAYS CHALLENGE DT CARD.....APRIL 2018

Hi, and a big warm welcome to all my very talented, and craft loving friends.

Also a warm welcome to anyone that just pops in to look at my work.

Today is the start of the
RUDOLF DAYS CHALLENGE
The challenge runs from the 25th of the month to the end of the month, and as always it's Anything Goes as long as it's Christmas.
One Entry Per Person.
There is always a lovely prize to win too.

So onto my DT card a quick card, and a re-cycled image of the Rudolf which I received at Christmas with a voucher in it, and as I loved the image I had to use it didn't I.

This is a 5"x7" tent card I made.
As I stated the image is a re-cycled one.
It has glitter in his antlers and the snow, but it doesn't show in the photo.
I inked a piece of white snippet card with a mixture of Worn Lipstick, and Broken China Distress Oxide Ink to get my background colour I then added a white gel pen for the snow dots.
The white corner piece is also a snippet too left over from another project.
Lastly no die cuts were harmed in the making this.

Looking forward to seeing your lovely entries.
Lots of crafty love. JENNY.

This is such a sweet upcycled card, Jenny. I love to upcycle as it seems such a waste to throw a lovely image into the trash when it can be enjoyed again!
The inside of your card looks so pretty too. I peeked through the side view of your photo...

That is certainly one lovely Rudolph, it would have been a shame not to re-cycle it and the lovely die is perfect. Super card.

This is just one cute & darling Rudy. Love the golden brown glow of his sweet little self against that pretty blue background. He looks very cozy in his winter outfit, and the corner scroll work really dresses up this delightful card. It's so great when you can recycle an image or product and get double enjoyment from it. Well done! TFS & Hugs
