DIGI IMAGE BIRTHDAY CARD

Hi and welcome to all my very talented and craft loving friends.

Hope you all have had a great weekend.

For me it was catch up on some needed cleaning jobs.

Today I have a card I made for my step son's wife, she loves the colour purple.

This is a 8"x8" size card.

I coloured the digi image of the girl from Pink Gem designs ages ago with promarkers and put it on another card which I didn't like so took her off that card and put her on this one and can say I am happier with this one.

Waste not want not as they say and it was a pity to throw it away as I havn't the eye sight any more to do Alcohol marker colouring.

I never was very good at it either.

The larger flowers I made and  also the leaves and coloured them with distress inks and then put glossy accents on them.

I used a snippet of silver glitter card for the matt to the digi image.

Thank you so much for your visit and precious time.

I really appreciate every visit and wonderful comment that you make.

Lots of crafty love. JENNY.

She is going to love this purple card, Jenny. It's great that you were able to recycle the picture and it looks so cute on this card. Gorgeous flowers and I love the silver glitter matt. I hope your paper cut heals soon. You have to wonder how something so small can hurt so much!

Always cleaning that can be done Jenny...or at least it is around here! I spend the time working on some neglected cleaning jobs as well. This card for your step son's wife is just gorgeous! I love the papers you used and the color combo's. The lighter purple with the darker purple is just so striking together. Your flowers are so pretty, the little gal so cute and that butterfly so beautiful. Hugs from me to you, Brenda
