Hi and welcome to cardsarus blog spot My name is Jenny Lawrence and I live in Kent. My dear and wonderful husband Tony passed away in March 2019 We had been married for 36 years. I also lost my first Husband to the big C when I was quite young. I have 3 children and 3 stepchildren. 12 Grandchildren and 5 Great Granddaughters and 3 Great Grandsons. I have been card making for about 25 years. I have made things all my life as my Mum and Grand Mother taught me lots of hobbies. I have made my own clothes, knitted garments, hand embroidered items of clothing, and crocheted items too. I love to bake my own cakes as well.

CHRISTENING CARD AND BOX

Hi and welcome to my blog all my talented 
friends, and visitors.
Thank you so much for all your lovely comments
on my last creation.
I love to hear what you have to say about my work.

I have a Christening Card and box to show you.
All the die cuts on the card were cut out from
my snippets box. So I can enter this into the
Pixies Playground also. YAY.

This is a 8"x8" size card and box.
The topper image and papers used are from the
Joanna Sheen Baby Love CD.
The die cuts are my new ones bought from  
C and C they are really my C present but I 
couldn't resist using them now could you. lol.
They are Tattered Lace Chantilly Flourish,
Chantilly Bow, and Chantilly Rose Border,
round my sentiment.

Now that I've removed my jaw from the floor, I'll say "Oh WOW!". Loved the vintage pictures under all the filigree lacey dies.These are so delicate & lovely, and just perfect on this type of card. Especially the little baby jackets. Oh so pretty. Your interior cards are always just as lovely & detailed as your exterior...Whomever receives this beautiful work of art, is sure to treasure it for a lifetime. TFS & Hugs.

Jenny another fab card, and that die you have used is gorgeous but now that I am using dies I hate to think the work that one will have been, my next play is to master using the wax paper.

P.S. The reason I said sorry for using a peel off is because you all seem to do beautiful stamping etc.
