ENCHANTED FOREST CARD

Hi and welcome to all my craft loving friends, and visitors.
Thank you so much for your visit, and your precious time.
I very much appreciate every visit, and comment.

Today I have a card I made with some of my lovely Graphic 45 papers from the Enchanted Forest Series.

This is a 8"x8" size card I made from black card.
The green shade of card is from Tonic, and distressed the edges with scissors.
The papers, and images are from the Graphic 45 Enchanted Forest 8" pad.
I painted some inside of cardboard with Starlight paints in the top right hand corner.
The leaves are die cut from black card painted with Starlight paints.
My mesh flowers had a plastic backing on them so I took that off to give them a messy look, and sprayed them with Phill Martin's Old Gold Shimmer Mist.
Sorry that doesn't show up too good in the photo.

Lots of crafty love.  JENNY.

I would like to enter this into the following challenges.

GRANDDAUGHTER'S BIRTHDAY CARD

Hi and welcome to all my very talented friends, and visitors.
Thank you so much for your visit, and I do very much appreciate your wonderful comments.

Today I have a card I made for my Granddaughter's 17th Birthday.
Now those of you that have known me for a while will remember her brother turned 17 3 years ago and was bought a car for his Birthday lucky young man.
So now it's his sister's turn to turn 17,and she got bought a cream mini.
Good job they only have 2 children otherwise it would cost them the earth.
So here is her card I made her.

This card is a 8"x8" size.
The pink mini image is one I bought from C&C when they first started broadcasting so it's very old.
I made the backing paper out of my 3D Decoupage CD again.

Thank you again for your visit.
Lots of crafty love.  JENNY.

NBUS BUTTERFLY AND SNIPPETS CARD

Hi and welcome to all my very talented friends,
and visitors.
I am sorry I have been missing for a few days,
but I had a big order for cards for family members,
and I am not sleeping too well at the moment, so
after a few hours crafting I get tuckered out, and
the days seem to be getting shorter or is it just me
getting older.

Well I managed in between making the family
cards to make this one that fits 3 challenges so
I do hope you like my idea, I tried to make it
look like a picture on a living room wall.
Not sure if I succeeded though.

This is a 6"x6" size card.
The NBUS items used are the papers, and the
stamps to create the snowy scene.
The arch picture frame is to comply with the
Butterfly Challenge.
Snippets used on this are the card I stamped on,
the gold card for the center of the papers, and the
bronze, and cream card for the arches.
I used some acetate on the picture frame too
which doesn't show up on the photo.

Thank you for your visit, and precious time.
Lots of crafty love.  JENNY.

GRANDSON'S 18TH BIRTHDAY CARD

Hi and welcome to my blog all my very talented
friends, and visitors.

May I welcome my newest follower, and thank
you soooooo! much for choosing to follow me.
I do hope you visit me as often as your time can spare.

It is my Grandson's 18th Birthday today so here
is the card I made him.

This is a 8"x8" size card.
The papers used are from the DCWV 12x12
Butterfly Garden Pad.
I don't know what happened to the top right
hand corner in the picture as it looks warped,
but isn't on the card.
Maybe it was due to the pearlised card, and the
light.
The pattern under the gold buttons was cut on
my ScanNcut, and also the Happy Birthday.
The 18 was cut out on my Cricut machine.

Thank you for your visit and the wonderful
comments you make.
I very much appreciate your visit, and your
precious time spent visiting me.
Lots of crafty love.  JENNY.

MOTORBIKE CARD

Hi and welcome to my blog all my craft loving
friends, and visitors.
Thank you for your really great comments on my
last card.
I very much appreciate your time and visit.

Well tomorrow is Friday and this week has been
eventful to say the least.
On Tuesday I had to call an ambulance for my
DH as he was in so much pain.
He spent 24 hours in hospital, there and they did some tests, but could not find the cause.
He is fine now, and hoping it won't come back.

Today I have a card made for my Sons Birthday.
Now he rides a motorbike and has done some
motorbike training with Kent Police.
He also loves his bicycle and thinks nothing of
going out on a 50 mile cycle on a Sunday morning.
He also does spinning at the gym when he's not
out of the country with his work
I am not happy with how this one turned out.
The distress inking doesn't seem right somehow.
See what you think.

Now the inside.

This is a 8"x8" size card.
I have used Jolly Nation decoupage and papers,
I bought years ago .
I distress inked the papers and card with a
mixture of Fire Brick, Peacock Feathers, and
Faded Jeans.
Nearly forgot that I used some of my snippets
for the die cuts so this means I can enter the
Pixies Playground challenge.

Thank you again for your kind visit.
I do hope these nasty floods are not affecting
any of you lovely people, because there is more
horrible weather on the way so they say.
Lots of crafty love.  JENNY.

week Just the right weather for you Mrs Duck. lol.

Thank you for all your comments and your time.
I really do appreciate everyone that is made.
Sorry I have been missing again, but I had quite
a few commissions to make, as well as things

back to normal soon. I know I can hear you
saying what's normal. lol.

Now I have the other Wedding card and Box,
I made for a commission a few weeks ago.
This was for the Grandmother to give.

Now the inside.

The box.

This is a  8"x8" size card and box.
The bridesmaids were wearing cream and brown,
so I incorporated this into the card.
The roses I bought from Hobbycraft, and were
just cream so I painted the edges with a gold
Sakura  Pental Touch Pen and the put stickles
on top.

Thank you again for your visit.
I do hope you are all having a great week
despite the horrible weather, at least it's not
snowing, well not in Kent. lol.

A4 WEDDING CARD AND BOX

Hi and welcome to all my talented craft friends,
and visitors.
Thank you for all your lovely comments on my
last card.

Well it's Sunday, and I can't wait to show you one
of the wedding cards I made for a customer, as
the big day was yesterday.
The lady who ordered these lives in South Wales,
and I was asked to make them as she had seen my
work at my Dad's lady friends house. When I have
made her cards.

Now the inside.

Now the box.

This is a A4 size card and box.
I was instructed to use Ivory and Gold as the
brides dress was that colour, and she likes lots
of glitter.
The bridal couple were from a copyright book,
which I photo copied, and printed on Centura
Ivory Pearl Card.
I decoupaged the veil and bow, and added some
gold flowers and ivory pearls.
I used my A4 embossing folder that came with
my E Bosser.
Now this is the first time I have made an A4 box.

Thank you again for your visit and time.
Lots of crafty love.  JENNY.

HEARTFELT CREATIONS BURST OF SPLENDOR CARD

Hi and welcome to my blog all my craft loving
friends and visitors.
Thank you for all your comments on my last
card and box.

Today I have a card I made with my Burst of
Splendor paper.

Now the inside.

This is a 8"x8" size card.
I distress inked the edges of the white card with
Victorian Velvet, and Dusty Concord Distress
Inks, that gave it such a lovely colour.
I distress inked the matting card and the paper
with Dusty Concord too.
Now this paper comes double sided so I
photocopied the lovely back piece because I
wanted to use the border on the bottom of the
card.
I made the flowers from the same paper.
You  will find the tutorial for these flowers at
the top of my page.
I coloured my seam binding ribbon with Pine
Needles Distress ink. Wear rubber gloves to
do this otherwise you will have green hands
for a few days. lol.
I haven't put a sentiment on it yet as it's not
for anyone, just to go in my collection to be
used at a later date.

Thank you for your visit and time.
I do hope you are all keeping well.
Lots of crafty love.  JENNY.

Hi and welcome to my blog all my craft loving
friends and visitors.
I hope everyone out there is having a great week.

Thank you for all your wonderful comments on
my 2nd Christmas card.
I do love to read them all.

I finished the wedding card and box today.
So here it is.

This is the box.

  This is the card.

This is a 8x8 size card and box to fit.
I doubled up the A3 card again to stengthen
the box.
I rand out of Centura Pearl card for the box,
so it's plain card with ivory pearlised card I
found in my stash, for the die cuts.
The same goes for the card.
I embossed the pearlised card and then got to
work on the die cuts.
I added some lacy material in the center of the round die cut.
I have used this design before, but it was slightly
different.
I do hope you like it.

Thank you again for your visit and time.

MR TUMBLE'S SPOTTY BAG WITH A DIFFERENCE.

Good afternoon dear blog friends and visitors.
I hope you all enjoying your Bank Holiday weekend and that the
weather where you are is kinder than it is in KENT.
They said we were going to have a fantastic weekend weather
wise. Well I can tell it's very dull and overcast here, and it's tried
to rain once or twice. Had to rush out and bring my washing in
not long ago, and I hate leaving my craft desk when I'm
creating. lol.

THANK YOU sooooooooooo much for your kind and wonderful
comments left on my last card.

Yesterday I looked after my little great granddaughter for her
mother as she works on a Friday, as  her usual babysitter was
not able to have her.  When my granddaughter and my other
great granddaughter dropped off Ellie her sister Faye who's
Birthday it is on the 10th said to me are you making me a card
with Mr Tumble on this year.  Now how can I not make her
what she wants. So this is my effort.

Now the inside.

I thought for a while, what I would do this year, so it wasn't the
same as last year, and this is what I came up with this morning.
The bag card was made with 3 A4 size pieces of card.
The papers inside are from the paper stack book I bought a
few weeks ago.
I edged round the bag with glitter ribbon, and also used some
to strengthen the handle.
I think I will make a plate stand for it so it stands up.

Thank you again for your visit.
If your weather is not nice like mine is, then I hope you manage
to do some crafting.
I do hope you have a wonderful crafty day.
Lots of crafty love.  JENNY.

IVORY ON IVORY WEDDING CARD

Good evening to all you wonderful and talented blog friends
and visitors.
I hope you have all had a wonderful Saturday.
THANK YOU for all your comments on my last creation.
Well I'm in full swing now and have just finished my wedding
card, really I finished it at lunch time but had to let the glue set
before photoing it. So sorry the photos have come out a little
darker than I would have liked.
I am quite pleased with how this has turned out. One of my
happy dance cards.
The ivory pearlised card I used was a lovely brocade type, but
sadly it's not showing in the photo.
This card I bought many moons ago and never wanted to use it.
You know the sort you buy and wish you had bought a whole lot more because it's so lovely, and then never want to use it till now.

Now the inside.

I am going to make the box for it tomorrow.
I made a slight mistake and used white centura pearl card for
the base card now I wished I had used the ivory as I had both.
I suppose it was one of my senior craft moments. lol.
Still I think it doesn't show much.
Thank you again for sparing your time to visit and make such
wonderful comments, I very much appreciate them all.
Have a wonderful and crafty Sunday tomorrow.
Lots of crafty love.  JENNY.

BARBECUE MAN

Hello dear blog friends and visitors.
I am so sorry I have been away for such a long time.
I needed to catch up on my housework that went all haywire over
the past few weeks.
I also had to go back to Wales as I had booked to go to the NEC
Stitch and Craft Show with my sister who lives there.
I bought some lovely goodies while I was there.
We visited on the Sunday and as you all may know the weather
was not very kind to us.
I really enjoyed the day despite the weather as it was my first
visit to one of these shows, I do hope it won't be my last as I
spent far tooooooooo much money as you do. lol.

THANK YOU for all your wonderful wishes and comments.
I very much appreciate every one that you make.
I am still suffering with this problem I have got in the top of my
spine. The pain has now gone but I'm left with a great deal of
numbness in my left finger tips. Luckily it doesn't affect my
crafting only my typing, good job I don't do that for a living. lol.
I know some of you might think this is carpel tunnel syndrome,
but I had that op 5 years ago.
Well that's enough of my probs there are peeps a lot worse off
than me.

Today I have a card I made for my daughter's partner.
As soon as I saw this image I knew it was for him as we call
him the king of barbecues, as he make such good food for it.

Now the inside.

The digi image was a Mo Manning one coloured in with
Promarkers, Flexmarkers, and Tria Markers.
The papers used were a combination of Kaisercraft, Dovecraft,
and Papermania.
I used the Grand Scolloped Squares Die, Di-namics Rounded
Banners Die, Di-namics Stars Die, Di-namics Corner Die and
the Grand Square Die.

Thank you again for your visit and patience with my blog.
I do hope you are all keeping well, with this nasty cold weather
we have been having.
I now need a mortgage to pay my electric bill as I am all
electric. lol.
Lots of crafty love.  JENNY.

You are all such a kind and caring community, I feel very honoured
to be part of such a wonderful community, and to call you all my

I am sorry I haven't got around to visiting your blogs and commenting on your lovely creations.
I seem to be very pushed for time at the moment and needed to
get my cards made before going back to Wales for my Dad's
funeral.
I also have a problem typing because of a trapped nerve in the
top of my spine.

This evening I have another card made for another grandson.
His Birthday is on the 17th of this month.
I know I have shown you 2 similar cards with the same image,
but when I purchased the image I knew I could use it for at
least 3 of my grandsons.
I hope you like this version.

Thank you for all your wonderful and kind thoughts and messages

He used to be a fireman in the RAF and also a part time fireman.
So I thought this would be the right image for him.
