Hi and welcome to cardsarus blog spot My name is Jenny Lawrence and I live in Kent. My dear and wonderful husband Tony passed away in March 2019 We had been married for 36 years. I also lost my first Husband to the big C when I was quite young. I have 3 children and 3 stepchildren. 12 Grandchildren and 5 Great Granddaughters and 3 Great Grandsons. I have been card making for about 25 years. I have made things all my life as my Mum and Grand Mother taught me lots of hobbies. I have made my own clothes, knitted garments, hand embroidered items of clothing, and crocheted items too. I love to bake my own cakes as well.

Hi and welcome to my blog all my craft loving
friends, and visitors.
 Sorry I haven't been around visiting you for a 
while, I have been busy getting ready to go to my
sisters tomorrow, so this will be my last post till 
I get back on the 26th.
She doesn't have the internet either so I can't even
have a look at what you will be posting, Boo Hoo
I shall miss all my blog friends, but be sooooooo
glad to see my sister, even if there is no internet. lol.

Today I have a picture to show you of my 
wonderful owl cake my daughter in law made 
for my Birthday recently.
I think she did a wonderful job of it and it tasted
lovely too.


Now my grandson's Birthday card as he was 17
yesterday, and was bought a car for his Birthday.

Jenny what a great birthday cake, and the fact that it was home baked is even better - it's like making cards for people as you make it for them if you know what I mean??? Lucky grandson getting a present of a car at 17 I hope he looks after it. Enjoy visiting your sister as they are special and both of you have a fab time at the NEC you will have to let us know if there was less stands than the last time you went, then we will see if it's worth coming down in November or not.
