SORRY YOUR LEAVING CARD

Hi, and a big welcome to all my very talented, and craft loving friends.

Also a big welcome to anyone who just pops by to look at my work.

For those of you interested if you remember I made a girl, and boy book card for my sister to give her Granddaughter who didn't want to know the sex of the baby before it was born.
She had a baby boy on Friday.

Right onto today most weeks I try, and join in Wendy's sketch challenge on F/Book.
This week she has a slightly different challenge to use 3 or more shapes on your entry not counting the base card.
You will find the details HERE.
So here is my entry for this week.

This is a 8"x8" size card I made for my Daughter to take to work for everyone to sign the post cards inside.
The card is and image are Hunkydory.
The postcards were printed off a MCS CD .
Now I had a happy accident with this as my printer was playing up for the sentiment and it came out a couple of colours and I thought it looked okay like that.

Thank you so much for your visit, and precious time.
I really appreciate every visit.
Lots of crafty love.  JENNY.

Your card is just fabulous, Jenny. Great colouring and die cut doily. Your daughter will love it. And it is so useful with the post cards inside. Kisses, my friend.

Fantastic card Jenny, love the bright colours and the brilliant topper.
Congratulations on the arrival of the new baby.

Jenny I use no less than 270/300gsm and good quality Kraft Card for my Bags and Boxes. I used "I think" 250gsm for the bag to pop the card in I have on my Blog, simply because there was not much weight in the card.

Hugs

Lovely card, as you always do. You've certainly met the criteria for many different shapes on the front, and I really like the doily round and the way you've split it to create that background. The rectangle, the cute tag and mat for it, and the fishtail banners. And also the double oval shapes. You got 'em all I think. I love the colors, and thought it was your sponging skills, but how cool that your printer did this for you (If I understood properly what you wrote in the post). I also like the 'quilt shape' on the hot air balloon too. Clever idea to add the pockets inside for postcard so the departing one can send some messages back to good friends. Congratulations on the new little boy as well. Hugs and hope you & T are keeping well. TFS & Hugs

It's a beautiful card and I love the colours, but if it's not too impolite of me to say so - you have a spelling mistake on your sentiment... it should be sorry YOU'RE leaving us.
