ANOTHER QUICK CHRISTMAS CARD

Hi, and welcome to all my very talented, and craft loving friends.

Firstly I must apologise for not visiting you, but on top of my Hubbies health problems the housing association in our sheltered housing scheme are modernising the kitchens, and the storage heating system.
Good news this maybe, but it's causing me such a lot of extra work at a time I don't need it.
They start work on the kitchen on the 26th of November so everything has been pulled out of cupboards, and such.
They are also fitting in new storage heaters, and I am getting one in my craft room which I haven't had before only an expensive one to run at the mo, this means a big move around of my craft room to accommodate the work.
I can't believe how much stuff I have thrown out so far. LOL.
Well I have been making cards for over 20 years now so you do accumulate quite a lot in that time.
Not sure when things will be back to normal, but you will know when I start posting more regularly.

In the meantime here is quick Christmas card I made before all the upheaval.

This is a DL size card.
The image if the door is a Hunkydory one just added some snow, and the die cut wreath from their Moonstones Die, and some gems to make it glitter.

Thank you so much for your visit, and precious time.
I really appreciate every visit.
Lots of crafty love.  JENNY.

That's a lovely Christmas card. I certainly don't envy you having all that disruption in your house but I'm sure it will be great when it is all done. We all seem to accumulate lots of 'stuff' don't we but I hope you're not being too ruthless with your throwing out. You might find you need to buy more when everything is straight again!!!

Poor you, you sound like you’ve got your hands full. I’m sure it will be lovely when it’s all done but what a time of year. At least you’ll have a lovely warm craft room. Your card is beautiful Jenny and the door looks so realistic. Take care and good luck with your home improvements x

Hi Jenny, My heart goes out to you, the kitchen is the 'hub' of the entire house and when work has to be done in there, the whole house is in chaos, all I wish for you is that they work pretty quickly and you can get back to normal as soon as possible. You and Tony are always in my thoughts and prayers.
A lovely card, I love this doorway scene.
Lots of love from Patricia xx

Oh poor you, not the right time to have such an upheaval. On the bright side you have managed to part with a
lot of your old stuff.

Super card, a really great image, lovely wreath die and like the addition of the snow.
Hope things are back to normal very soon and that Hubby is feeling a great deal better.

It us such an upheaval for you but hopefully it will be worth it. My mum passed on having her kitchen updated for that reason. Xxx

Oh no Jenny...as if you needed more upheaval!! I am sure it will be worth it though. We had our bathroom done during the summer and it was just having a stranger in the house that bothered me the most, although he was very nice and did an excellent job!! It's been a while since I have seen a DL card. It is perfect for that lovely front door. Hope we see you back here soon xx

I am so sorry to read about all the extra work you have because of the work being done in your home. Poor you! There is so much extra work to do at this time of year too, so please don't forget to look after yourself!
