BUTTERFLY CARD

Hi and welcome to my blog all my craft loving
friends, and visitors.
Thank you for all your  wonderful comments on
my last creation.

I have a trapped nerve in the top of my spine, and it is extremely painful.
I am currently on strong painkillers and find it
very hard to craft or blog.
I have lost the proper use of my right arm as well.
Waiting for an MRI scan now, and getting very
bored not being able to craft.
So I popped in my craft room for small occasions
to make this card for the butterfly challnege.
This took me 5 days to make instead of hours.

Thank you for your visit.
Not sure when I will be able to blog properly
again.
Lots of crafty love.  JENNY.

Oh Jenny, you really are suffering at the moment aren't you? If it's not one thing it's another! Hope you start to feel better soon and the analgesia jumps in and takes effect. Your card is really lovely. Don't worry how long it takes, or if you don't blog for a little while, the important thing is to get better! Love and hugs Christine xx

Jenny sorry to read that you are still in pain, hopefully you don't have to wait to long for the MRI, You take as long as you want to make a card, and we all understand if you are not around for a while - getting better is more important. Hazel xx

Oh Jenny, so sorry to hear things are so bad. I have a crafting friend that this happened to a little while back and she was in agony too. The good thing is that things have vastly improved now, the pain has gone and her right arm and hand are much better - it's time, rest, painkillers and things should improve for you. At one point she couldn't turn the ignition key in her car - pinched nerves do take some time to recover properly.

Big and gentle hugs!

Di xx

Ouch Jenny! I hope the pain and numbness disappears soon huni. I know what it's like - the pain seems to suck the creativity out of you. I was really lucky to get a little break from the pain this week to create that landscape.

Sorry to here about your trapped nerve and know how painful it can be. Can only sit for short periods myself at my craft table.
Wow this card is amazing and how it opens up is certainly not what I was expecting from the first picture of it! Well worth a few hours or 5days. Love the cute little owl charm. Thank you for fluttering into my #5. hugs Mrs A. (butterfly challenge).

So sorry to hear about all this pain stuff. No fun, and I hope it gets worked out for you really fast, and you get some relief. This is an amazingly gorgeous & detailed card. Just saw it at the B'fly challenge and popped in for a closer look. Love the cutouts on the front, and the beautiful lacey butterflies flitting across the front card. So much sparkle and a lovely sheer bow trim. Love that inside and the very spring-like tulip dp. Liked the way you perched that inside b'fly to float on the outside as well. Great design, marvelously lovely card. Hope you get to feeling pain free ASAP. Take care. Hugs & Happy Easter. TFS
