WORLD CUP FOOTY CARD

Hi and welcome to my blog all my craft loving
friends, and visitors.
My pain is so much better, but I still have a
 few twinges now and again.
I just have to be very careful what I do, can't
even think about carrying anything that is heavy.
My garden has really suffered because of this, as
my DH has heart problems and can do very little
amounts of gardening too.
My daughter cuts my grass, but has no idea what
is a weed or a flower.
She is coming over today to cut the grass and is going to try with my directions to weed my garden.

Here is a card I made for my granddaughter's
hubby a couple of weeks ago.

Now the inside.

This is a 8"x8" size card.
I used some more of the lovely footy papers
I bought about 10 years ago from C & C as they
were so ideal because of the world cup this month.
I used some snippets of card that I had already
printed the footballs and football boots on from
my snippets box, this is from a Robert Addams
CD.
So I will be joining the snippets playground with
this.

Thank you again for your visit and your
wonderful comments.
Lots of crafty love.  JENNY.

I would like to enter this into the following
challenges.

Glad things have improved even more Jenny and what a great card (I forget about my library of CD roms these days!!). Love the die cut name and the paper is perfect. It must be so frustrating for you not to be able to garden, particularly as the grass is growing so quickly, hope your Daughter is ready for her gardening lesson!! Have a good day xx

Hallo Jenny
Wat een prachtige kaart mooie kleuren .
Ik hou niet van voetballen. Dan wordt het met voetballen naar mijn hobbykamertje.
Dat vind ik ook helemaal niet erg
Fijne dag
Groetjes Gerrie

Oh i'm so pleased to hear that at last the pain is easing Jenny. But still take it easy - as you know, you'll be told off physically if you overdo things!

Love this card, perfect for a football fiend :)

Hugs, Di xx

Oh Jenny...I am so happy to hear that the pain has lightened a bit. Gradually it will lessen even more. You sound well aware of your limitations and that is a good thing as it can be so easy to inflame a sore area all over again.
Your daughter may enjoy the Mother Daughter time of her weeding lessons. I still remember my Gran teaching me...Weed or nought!

Another fabulous card Jenny - which would be great for most blokes! Beautifully done, if I can say that about a male card. I am so happy to hear that the pain has lessened a bit for you huni. I hope it leaves you completely soon. Hope your daughter can help you out with the garden, I am much the same not sure what are weeds and what are plants! Karen xx
