ANOTHER TISSUE BOX

Hi and welcome to all my craft loving friends, and visitors.
Thank you so much for your visit, and time.
Well I do hope you are enjoying the lovely weather, and I am so sorry I moaned about it in my previous posts, as I do know some people love the warm and sunny weather.
I must admit it does make one a lot more cheerful than dull, and rainy weather we had in June.

Today I have another tissue box I decorated for the up, and coming fund raising event at my daughter's works.

You make these out of 3 A4 pieces of card.
The lovely lace around the lid, and the lace flowers belonged to my mother, and I inherited them when she passed away 13 years ago, as she collected lots of wonderful things as she was a very keen crafts person, and very talented artist also.
One thing I always remember is her making flowers out of pencil sharpening.

Thank you again for your visit.
Lots of crafty love.  JENNY.

I would like to enter this into the following challenges.

This is gorgeous Jenny. It was very brave of you to use your Mum's lace. I would just want to hold on to it. Actually I would want to keep the whole box - it is beautiful.

I have to agree with you on the weather I'd rather have it hot than cold and people are much more cheerful BUT it doesn't like me much! I can fall asleep at the drop of a hat during the day but not at night and makes me very lethargic loved looking back at all your stuff Today's box is gorgeous and hope they sell well I'd love to see photos of your mum's pencil shaving flowers if you have any

Beautiful, Jenny. Every time I see one of your gorgeous, decorated tissue boxes, I think of my boring box of tissues. One day I'll get round to making a cover like this. xx
